Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Maintenance Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining, validating, and updating critical business data across systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, experience with enterprise systems, and a commitment to upholding high data quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update master data records across business systems including D365, Arete, and VIP (e.g., customer, vendor, product, pricing data).
- Perform regular data audits to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors.
- Cleanse, validate, and standardize data in line with business rules and internal policies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Sales, Operations) to gather accurate data and support end-to-end data processes.
- Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
- Write and execute queries using SQL to support data validation and reporting tasks.
- Support implementation and enhancement of data management tools and processes.
- Document procedures, maintain data dictionaries, and contribute to training and onboarding related to data systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic understanding of SQL.
- Experience using or supporting Power BI, Tableau, and enterprise data systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- 3+ years of experience in a data-focused role (data analysis, master data maintenance, or data quality management).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Arete, and VIP systems.
- Experience working with or supporting internal data quality and governance standards.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20 - $22 an hour. Excellent benefits which include medical, dental and vision. Eligibility in benefit plans begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Six (6) days of sick leave; two (2) weeks of vacation accrued throughout the year; nine (9) Company Paid Holidays and a 401K Plan with employer match. Key Responsibilities

$150,000.00 - $190,000.00

About the Role:
As a CBRE Data Center Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs within a Data Center operation.
This position is onsite in Sandston, Virginia. The shift is Day-shift based on a 4-3 schedule working 6:30 am - 7:00 pm.
This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.
What You’ll Do:

Assist with daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment, including servicing and maintenance.

**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Data Center Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs within a Data Center operation.
This position is onsite in Sandston, Virginia. The shift is Day-shift based on a 4-3 schedule working 6:30 am - 7:00 pm.
This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Assist with daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment, including servicing and maintenance.
+ Ensure the site's environmental conditions provide a safe work environment.
+ React to Building Management System alarms, and complete emergency repairs as needed.
+ Work with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with company-developed processes, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations.
+ Alert management if subcontractor performance doesn't meet all requirements per the Master Service Agreement.
+ Complete planned preventative maintenance (PM) and reactive maintenance on all equipment.
+ Check BMS for running and alarm conditions and respond to HVAC-related client problems.
+ Building walkthroughs, taking meter readings from UPS, PDU's and utilities.
+ Provide fixes to facility and plant faults and defects.
+ Complete assigned work according to established processes and procedures. Follow all safety processes and requirements and ensure all regulatory requirements and quality standards are met. Conduct routine quality checks for comprehensive maintenance records.
+ Complete all required training to ensure successful completion of all job-related responsibilities.
+ Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
+ Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
+ Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
**What You'll Need:**
+ Training in a Technical discipline having served an apprenticeship or equivalent with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Any MEP experience - Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing experience is preferred.
+ Ability to work shifts that may include weekends and holidays.
+ Must be able to Meet the physical requirements of this role.
+ To effectively present information to an internal department, client, management and/or colleagues.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Any CMMS or work order systems experience is desired. Experience with Hexagon is a plus.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
