Job responsibilities
• Interface with J.P. Morgan's commercial mortgage origination team, CMBS trading desk, external legal counsel, rating agencies, accountants, and investors to manage the securitization process
• Work with origination team to size CMBS loans and anticipate rating agency outcomes across property types
• Stay current on rating agency methodologies and approaches on recent transactions
• Analyze underlying mortgages and real estate properties in conjunction with the execution of CMBS and CLOs
• Market primary issuance of fixed rate, floating rate, and CLO securitizations to potential investors
• Work with a variety of clients (financial institutions, REITs, private equity funds, hedge funds) to execute bespoke commercial real estate securitizations on a principal or agented basis

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• 3-5 years of experience in structured finance, processing MBS/CMBS transactions
• Prior CMBS securitization experience with a focus on deal management, interfacing with external parties, and rating agency experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in a finance-related field such as Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Mathematics
