  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to navigate complex financial transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence and manage risk assessment throughout the transaction process.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to team efforts on high-value financing projects, ensuring timely and efficient deal execution.

Requirements:

  • Between 3 to 7 years of experience in corporate finance law, with a focus on borrower-side leverage finance and/or fund finance.
  • Experience handling sophisticated financial transactions and advising clients in corporate finance matters.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance regulations and industry trends.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and adept at managing complex transactions under tight deadlines.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the NY State Bar.

Skills:

  • Expertise in leverage finance and fund finance transactions.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills.
  • Proficiency in conducting legal research and due diligence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide strategic legal counsel and risk assessment.
