Description & Requirements
As a Tax Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team while providing ultra-responsive customer service to our clients. If you have experience with managing tax advisory services, and tax compliance to a diversified client base, this is the position for you!
How you will contribute:
- Managing tax advisory services and tax compliance of pass-through entities with an emphasis in the dealership industry
- Helping to develop, build and manage client relationships
- Representing Forvis Mazars in the professional and business community
- Participating in the proposal process for prospective clients
- Contributing to Forvis Mazars-sponsored technical guidance for internal and external publication and internal learning and development.
- Assisting with managing, developing, and coaching professional tax staff
We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:
- Experience managing multiple client engagements
- A strong sense of ownership for delivering ultra-responsive Client Service
- Excellent supervisory, team building, and time management skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years or more of relevant progressive experience in public accounting tax including technical tax consulting and research
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Taxation or Law degree

The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Together, we’ll help keep our guests safe on the road by providing top-tier customer service, while performing preventative maintenance services for their vehicles.
Your road to VIOC doesn’t require previous automotive experience. Through our award-winning training program, we’ll teach you how to:
- Change oil
- Check and refill fluids
- Rotate tires
- Test and replace batteries
- Inspect and replace lights and wipers
- Perform an 18-point safety check
- And other preventive maintenance services

- Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
