- Grow and lead multiple engineering teams totaling 30+ engineers across US to deliver critical services and components for the Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure organization
- Lead projects that span multiple infrastructure domains including networking, storage, and virtualization
- Provide technical direction and audit design decisions of their team
- Cultivate best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules
- Drive operational excellence for their team's areas of responsibility
- Collaborate with other team leaders on developing and communicating product roadmaps
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience of growing and leading successful teams
