Assists engineers in the planning, design, development, fabrication, and testing of products, equipment, and processes for the Less Lethal product line. Uses engineering tools (CAD, engineering analysis, prototype fabrication techniques) to develop and test products from concept to production. Collect and prepare data for use in proposals. Design manufacturing process to meet cost, quality, safety, and schedule requirements. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for both in house and vendor processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with Engineers on developmental projects and produce prototype samples of varying degrees of complexity and material types
- Assist in product testing and recording data
- Analyze and evaluate results during and after product testing
- Provide interactive feedback to engineering team on samples and/or issues
- Compile testing data and reports - Conduct machine maintenance, as required

QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:
- Set and maintain high standards for system design, configuration, operations, and quality assurance across all security technology platforms.
- Lead the deployment and integration of AI and automation to strengthen and streamline Netflix's Security Program
- Manage a technical security lab environment for research, development, and testing of new solutions.
- Collaborate with business partners in Engineering functions (InfoSec, Data Privacy, Network Engr, Corp Engr) to ensure our systems work well in Netflix's IT ecosystem
- Oversee technical vendors and manage multiple concurrent projects to successful, timely delivery.
- Shape and support the security technology roadmap in alignment with departmental and organizational goals.
- Design, implement, and maintain a robust pipeline to collect log data from security systems into a centralized data lake, enabling advanced analysis and visualization of security metrics
- Review and ensure compliance with data privacy and security requirements.
- Develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of security technology solutions.
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of security systems, working closely with hardware breakfix and support teams.
- Build and maintain a software support program to get ahead of (and minimize) system outages; manage KPIs and metrics to ensure system health is tracked appropriately
- Stay informed on industry trends and ensure Netflix's physical security systems remain best-in-class.
- Advise teams across the company on security technology solutions, design, and deployment.
- Communicate program updates and technical information clearly to all stakeholders.
- Develop technical documentation and best practice guides for cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with increasing scope, responsibility, and complexity at a multinational company
- Proven experience leading global, cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in setting and achieving objectives through OKRs or similar frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage both full-time and contingent teams.
- Deep understanding of network architecture, information security, and emerging security technologies.
- Up-to-date knowledge of global security trends and regulations.
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

About the Role
As a reporting Department to the Office of the Chief Security Officer (OCSO), the WTC Security Department is a team of dedicated security professionals who develop, manage, and implement civilian security programs and projects that preserve life and property and increase the levels of protection at the WTC Campus. Reporting to the Security Operations Manager the Sr. Security & Technology Analyst will provide support of the contracted operations programs, and management of related projects, for all security operational-centric efforts at the WTC Campus.
Responsibilities
- Support the security guard and vehicle screening programs at the WTC Campus.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders on all matters related to security operations.
- Provide administrative support of budgets, staff, and resources related to WTC security operations.
- Prepare presentations and reports and provide briefings on all matters related to security operations.
- Able to respond to facilities during non-business hours, as required
- At least three years of experience in a security guard program in a critical infrastructure or transportation environment, or within an enterprise or global security program, or the equivalent.
