CACI is seeking an EW/SIGINT Threat Analyst to support the U.S. Army at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You will be part of an integrated team to maintain effectiveness in defeating worldwide electronic warfare and signals threats while using your problem-solving skills and able to work with a team while in support of on-going projects managed from the Communications Electronic Command Software Engineering Center's Army Reprogramming Analysis Team (ARAT) Program Office.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Support development software reprogramming requirements for the AN/APR-39 and AN/APR-48 Radar Signal Detection Systems (RSDS) found onboard Army aviation platforms such as the UH-60 Blackhawk and AH-64 Apache helicopters.
+ Analyze the Order of Battle (OB) and extract weapon system and emitter information to create a prioritized list of threats to be reprogrammed into MDS software.
+ Develop MDS reprogramming and simulation requirements in the form of a Threat Analysis Specification (TAS) to meet emerging threats.

The Oracle Local Government Global Industry Unit has launched a modern suite of public safety SaaS applications and hardware for the Local Government markets using cutting edge technologies. **Who You Are:**
The Public Safety Technical Consultant is a key member of the Oracle Public Safety implementation team responsible for assisting customers in migrating historical data to the Oracle public safety solution. Part of this results-oriented role will include planning, executing, and validating data migrations, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the implementation. Candidates for this role should be excited about pushing the boundaries of traditional data migrations and adopting new technologies and tools to accomplish successful customer outcomes. This role requires the ability to adapt to change quickly, a drive for results, and a "never satisfied" mentality. You will be an early team member of this fast-growing and exciting line of business at Oracle.
**Responsibilities**
**What you will do:**
+ Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to define data migration requirements, objectives, and scope for each project.
+ Develop detailed data migration strategies, including timelines, resources, and risk assessments for assigned project.
+ Identify data sources, target systems, and determine the appropriate migration approach (ETL, direct transfer, etc.).
+ Work with customers to analyze and understand the structure and format of source data to ensure accurate mapping to the target system.
+ Design and implement data transformation rules to ensure data is compatible with the target system's schema.
+ Create and maintain data mapping documentation for reference and future audits.
+ Develop and execute scripts, queries, or tools to extract, transform, and load data from source to target systems.
+ Monitor the migration process, troubleshoot issues, and resolve any errors that occur during data transfer.
+ Conduct testing and validation of migrated data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with requirements.
+ Prepare detailed documentation of migration processes, including technical specifications, workflows, and data models.
+ Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting any risks, issues, or delays.
+ Create post-migration reports and assist in post-migration audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
+ Offer post-migration support to address any issues or concerns that arise after data migration.
+ Use your exceptional customer service skills to guide customers through a successful migration process.
**What you've done:**
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, data management, or equivalent ( **minimum 8 years)** **work experience** .
+ **8-10 yrs of relevant work experience and 4+ years of technical and/or consulting experience** architecting enterprise and application solutions in public safety software.
+ **Proven experience in data migration, data analysis, or database management.**
+ **Experience with data migration tools and techniques (e.g., ETL tools, SQL, data mapping tools).**
+ **Familiarity with different database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and data formats (e.g., CSV, XML, JSON).**
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
+ Proven self-starter that proactively develops working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
+ Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, use-case documentation, business analysis, integrations/interfaces, data conversions and other key elements of public safety implementations.
**It would be awesome if you also had:**
+ Knowledge/familiarity with Oracle products and services, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
+ Experience working in a public safety position
+ Management experience including hiring, developing and leading a team
+ Experience with product development tools such as JIRA
+ Experience with PowerShell, Python, or other programming languages

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
