**Responsibilities:**

**What You'll Do:**
+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity within the aerospace and defense location, reporting observations promptly to the appropriate personnel.
+ Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with inquiries, directions, and site access in accordance with established guidelines.
+ Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in detailed written reports as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
+ Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment tailored to the needs of the aerospace and defense industry.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
+ Must provide proof of a high school diploma or General Education Diploma.
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
