General Description:
The Delivery Lead role is a key role within TEKsystems Global Service's (TGS) organization and functions in the execution of day-to-day activities in support of multiple customer engagements. A successful Delivery Lead possesses strong collaboration and partnership skills for supporting processes and technologies that assist in driving successful outcomes. They are proactive and follow leadership guidance. This position is considered remote, supporting customers and teams within the portfolio. This role may require travel on a limited basis.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans & Aligns: Understands customer expectations and technical requirements for the work to be delivered.
- Customer Focus: Manages customer requirements to ensure contract compliance and satisfaction.
- Consultant Care: Builds strong relationships with consultants, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
- Ensures Accountability: Conducts regular checkpoints with customers, engagement teams, and solutions teams. Works independently with general supervision.
- Documentation: Documents and communicates processes and procedures to all stakeholders. Supports knowledge management and change control processes.
- Manages Ambiguity: Collaborates with team members to manage risk, engagement scope, and deliver according to contract terms.
- Financial Reporting: Consolidates engagement status and budget information across portfolios. Supports internal processes for time, expenses, and invoicing.
- Risk/Issue Resolution: Manages issues and facilitates resolution, notifying all affected parties.

Required Experience:
- 1 ~ 3 years of related experience

- Experience in project management fundamentals or as an acting Scrum Master
- Exposure to professional services agreements including the change management process.
- Exposure to IT Managed Services, project management classes, and other IT certifications

Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline
- 1+ year experience in IT Environment or Professional Services Environment
- IT industry

Additional Skills & Qualifications
· Directly managed IT projects for an end client preferably an external client
· Managed or had exposure to dealing with high level demanding stakeholders
· Managed or had exposure to dealing with Procurement departments

· Ability to undertake process/situation improvement work including GAP analysis where appropriate
· Some experience in a professional services environment including knowledge of both resource and outcome based solutions
· Experienced in managing resource-based engagements with large numbers of people
· Full understanding of IT development lifecycle
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $ - $ /yr.

Here's what you need:

Minimum 15 years of experience in designing or delivering complex Manhattan projects.

Minimum of 5 years experience in Supply Chain domains, such as Manufacturing, Demand/Supply Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse Management.

Minimum 5 years of experience working in cross-functional touchpoints with deep experience in how supply chain interacts with finance, operations, and technology.

Strong advisory skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and recommend industry-leading solutions.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 15 years' work experience). An Associate's degree with 6 years of equivalent experience will also be considered.
