Duties:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, proactively identify and manage dependencies, and mitigate risks
- Provide comprehensive and transparent status reports to stakeholders, including GVP-level executives, and deliver updates on project timelines and challenges in a professional and constructive manner
- Utilize JIRA and Chalk for project tracking and management

Desired Skills/Experience:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Personnel Management:
- Interview and select the best internal and external candidates for open positions.
- Provide direct on the job training for Area Delivery Mangers and indirectly all delivery personnel.
- Conduct performance reviews to communicate performance issues, achievements, and opportunities for employees.
- Handle any discipline or performance issues according to company policy, maintaining proper documentation.
- Work with all personnel regarding the implementation of changes in procedures and systems.

- Ensuring Account Service:

- Responsible for ensuring delivery service standards related to product rotation (Product Freshness Rotation Policy), display placement, competition placement, and other customer service needs.

REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience as a manager – experience overseeing supervisors and drivers is highly preferred
- Experience in a distribution company highly preferred
- Experience providing on the job training for Area Delivery Mangers and indirectly to all delivery personnel
- Proficient with routing software (RoadNet) and RAS software (VIP). Consistently review routing efficiency and make changes as necessary.

Position Purpose:
- Creation of Supply Chain SharePoint site. Vendor documents (tracking via metadata), vendor performance (scorecard data) and overall Supply Chain metrics will be included on this site.
- Master data consolidation (Engineering programs, R&D)
- Development of supplier scorecard using PeopleSoft data to create queries for use with Tableau
- Write, evaluate and execute RFQ for hotel and office supply spend.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excel experience required
- SharePoint experience is
- Business degree program
- Operations or Supply Chain focus
BAC Hiring Compensation Range $22 - $28.
BAC provides additional earnings in the form of overtime as applicable under law.
