What you'll do
- Assist in the interaction with clients to determine business and system specifications.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities related to system development projects.
- Consult with internal teams and customers on functional related aspects of design, project delivery and support
- Responsible for on time delivery of multiple concurrent small to medium projects
- Work with customers on technical aspects of project delivery and support
- Develop a deep understanding of Equifax data, technologies, products and platforms
- Champion Professional Services Strategic Initiatives focused on process improvement
- Business Logic Design and Implementation in a Business Rules Management System
- Consistent with Equifax's 3/2+2 flexible work framework, a willingness to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Equifax's Atlanta-based office
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems (IS), Industrial Engineer, or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years of experience in envisioning technical solutions to business problems
- Demonstrated experience improving customer experience interfaces through various tools and techniques
