Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a Sales and Operations Planning process engaging all organizational functions to provide a forward-looking view of capacity utilization, sourcing, demand management, process development, inventory, and operational issues to support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure synchronization across business segments (Manufacturing, ARG, OEM) from a planning perspective, optimizing manufacturing capacity to meet demand plans.
- Make clear, data-driven decisions, applying good judgment when data is incomplete. Be self-directed, decisive, and able to set direction quickly.
- Implement best practices within manufacturing plants and materials management departments to improve performance, leading and empowering teams to develop solutions.
- Work with all organizational levels and functions, performing detailed financial analyses and presenting complex data clearly to executive leadership with recommended solutions.
- Implement world-class materials management practices across manufacturing locations, tracking KPIs to meet business objectives.
- Maintain capacity and sourcing plans that optimize asset utilization and minimize costs, considering operational dynamics like labor contracts and capital projects.
- Manage total inventories, establish KPI targets, forecast, and react to deviations to balance working capital and service levels while minimizing obsolescence.
- Develop and maintain materials management policies for the aftermarket business, using forecasting and supply planning tools.
- Create capacity plans in collaboration with commercial and marketing teams for short, medium, and long-term planning.
- Align development plans for managers with strategic objectives, fostering accountability and focus.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in science, math, or supply chain discipline required; Masters preferred.
- Minimum five years in Supply Chain or Operations Planning management.
- At least five years managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously.
- Experience with glass fabrication is preferred.
- APICS certification is preferred.

Overview

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic procurement initiatives in support of CCRs project development and project construction organizations
- Plan procurement of major equipment with Development, Engineering and Project Management for allocation to projects
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders from other departments
- Issue, manage, and evaluate RFPs for equipment procurement
- Take lead in negotiation of equipment supply agreements.
- Ensure equipment meets stakeholder bankability, performance, and reliability standards.
- Manage logistics and scheduling of equipment ensuring on time delivery
- Support and maintain supplier relationships, with a specific focus on PV modules, Battery Energy Storage (BESS), inverters, racking, transformers, and breakers Be a subject matter expert on supply chain industry trends, technology evolution, and market dynamics.
- Manage the company view on forward looking product costs and performance roadmaps utilizing vendor relationships and market research
- Collect and report global market, commodity and policy assessment updates.
- Follow, manage, and update company policies as necessary.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Supply Chain.
Education & Experience Required
- 5+ years of supply chain experience in the solar or electric utility industry.
- S. in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of CCR, including executives and Investment Committee
- Excellent PowerPoint/presentation synthesis skills.
- Experience with strategy/forecasting/communication a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, ERP systems

This Supply Chain Analyst position is responsible for all supporting forecasting and Supply Chain activities associated with customers and purchased products. They provide raw data analysis for the Sales Team and the Demand Planner to review. The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for maintaining a high level of forecast accuracy and integrity while playing a key role in standardizing & sustaining processes for long-term success.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a Supply Chain Analyst function.
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
- Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
- Interact with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers.
- Update and enter Sales and Marketing and Financial data to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
- Use and maintain the forecasting software as the primary forecasting system tool.
- Supports the Supply Chain team in creating Daily KPI's
- Supports the Supply Chain Team with updating and distributing Weekly and Monthly KPI including Supplier OTD, Past-Due Tracking, Inventory Tracking
- Supports SC team with Supplier onboarding to the Rego Supplier portal
- Supports Purchasing in management and system integrity
- 1-3 years in supply chain, logistics or planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; manufacturing environment is required
- Experience in collecting and analyzing information, problem solving and driving solutions
- Detail-oriented, experience in communicating complex problems and solutions, proven drive to collaborate and action to close out problems
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel a necessity
- Understand how to read customer demand though EDI systems
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities

Job Description:
- Support position to plan, organize, and control Supply Chain operations (Planning/Scheduling, Procurement, Packaging/Warehousing and Materials Controls) optimizing utilization of HCP's equipment, materials, and Client to provide premium customer service.
- This position will include a varying level of project work. Expect to participate in cross-functional teams within the plant and client to enhance performance in areas such as manufacturing efficiency, supply chain operations and customer service.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Use strong system skills, analytical abilities, and business knowledge to examine the effectiveness of manufacturing and Supply Chain operations and to communicate conclusions. Determine Product of improvement projects; initiate and lead improvement projects, as necessary. Develop reports and analysis for continuous improvement.
- New system implementation projects and initiatives within the Supply Chain department
- Support packaging and warehouse activities, including process improvements in shipping and receiving, optimizing warehouse storage solutions, improving packaging efficiencies
- Create, modify, improve, and support business reports and queries for Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other functional groups
- Directly responsible for performing work in a safe manner and maintaining a safe work environment. Is responsible for his/her safety, as well as that of others that may be at the facility, whether working or visiting. Is responsible for observing safe work practices and being proactive for reporting any unsafe conditions

Required Education (minimum required for consideration):

- Knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. SAP experience preferred
