Tony C's Pizza & Beer Garden at Dell Diamond is looking for cashiers to work home games for the Round Rock Express. We are paying $10/hr plus tips which averages to $0- 30 per hour. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age with TABC certification.

Your job as cashier will be a blend of hospitality and operations. In addition to taking orders and processing payments, you will ensure that the front are is neat, clean, and orderly. The most important aspect of your work as Cashier is to provide accurate, warm, and friendly service so that our guests want to come back again and again. This will be a fast paced environment and cashiers must be able to handle stress, and multi-task.

About the Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist Position
The Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin and Dell Children's Medical Center of Central Texas (DCMCCT) are seeking experienced pediatric cardiac anesthesiologists to join the Texas Center for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease.
Candidates will possess experience in caring for children with complex congenital and acquired heart disease and adults with congenital heart disease. **What you'll achieve**
As a Senior Product Manager in the Dell Pro (Commercial) Notebooks team, this role entails managing the development, launch and sustain of the Dell Pro Notebook products. It includes working with the development team to create the products, managing the launch and go-to-market strategy and plans , identifying new growth areas, technologies and emerging product/service opportunities and working with sales, customers and regions across the globe to ensure the success of the product in the market.
**You will:**
+ Lead and align cross-functional stakeholders-including engineering, procurement, and quality teams-toward a unified product vision, effectively navigating a dynamic technical landscape and evolving customer requirements.
+ Identify and prioritize strategic business investment opportunities by leveraging insights from regional, customer, and sales engagements, as well as advanced data analytics, to drive premium market growth.
+ Continuously monitor financial and quality health of the products and collaborate with global regions to achieve targeted product revenue, unit, and margin (RUM) metrics, ensure business commitment attainment, and increase market share, while supporting demand generation strategies with regional teams as needed.

**Essential Requirements**
+ 5+ years of relevant experience in product management and 12+ years of relevant work experience

+ Strong analytical skills, significant cross functional collaboration experience and exceptional leadership and communication skills

Candidates will possess experience in caring for children with complex congenital and acquired heart disease and adults with congenital heart disease. It will be the fifth medical school in the UT System and the first medical school established in nearly five decades by a member of the Association of American Universities, an organization of leading public and private research universities. An extraordinary commitment of resources, both public and private, has already been made to enable the development and success of the Dell Medical School. The School is partnering closely with the community and regional healthcare providers and payers to provide new models for health promotion, healthcare delivery, and clinical care for the community's underserved population.
Purpose
The Data Scientist will support the research projects within the department led by faculty, fellows and residents. This position will provide the following types of support to ensure research projects run smoothly, meet the study specific objectives and within the specified timelines: study design and development, database development and support, data collection and management, data analysis, and publication and presentation development.
Responsibilities
Data Management:
Develops methodologies and databases for collecting data using REDCap, Qualtrics and other data collection platforms.
Manages data for clinical/non-clinical trials in all stages of study from different sources: collection, extraction, quality control, cleaning, data manipulation, preparation.
Provides insight into current health data architecture and possible solutions to barriers.
Monitors for compliance with federal and state regulations as well as internal and partner requirements (such as IRB approval, Dell Medical School policies) needed to access or share health data.
Serves as an internal resource to faculty, fellows, and residents to answer questions related to data access, data aggregation, and data management.
Works closely with analysts and informatics sta and with external data teams in Dell Medical School's partner institutions.
Receives, manages and delivers requested data tasks; works with data requestors to translate data requests into logical queries using standard language and tools.
Statistical Consulting and Study Collaboration:
Collaborates with investigators to develop statistical analysis plan.
Carries out statistical analyses independently/completes statistical responsibilities for more complex projects with supervision
Performs power and sample size calculations.
Helps to define research questions and then translates into appropriate methodologies and statistical analyses.
When applicable, provides feedback about study design, protocols and feasibility as it relates to given timelines and setting
When applicable, assists with the interpretation of data.
When applicable, assists with the preparation of data for presentations and publications.
Regularly attends division research meetings, lab meetings and 1:1 meetings with collaborators inside and outside of the institution.
Other:
When applicable, provides insight and feedback to improve department- and school-wide infrastructure and systems.
Maintains department-wide databases
When applicable, provide mentorship to fellows and residents.
Other related duties as assigned.
Bachelors degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in Data analysis/science or related field with complimentary experience in a data-related field such as data analysis and data management. At least 2 years' experience with biostatistical and epidemiological knowledge for descriptive statistics, data cleaning/validation, clinical data quality assurance and outcomes, or research design.Proficient in a range of statistical techniques and procedures. Ability to use R and SAS. Ability to perform power and sample size calculations. Experience developing REDCap databases. Ability to work in high-performing and multidisciplinary teams. Team-oriented and collaborative working skills. Ability to work independently and set schedule to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
