We are seeking an individual who has combination of superior analytical and technical abilities, business acumen, and written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in gathering requirements and insights, mining large and diverse data sets, data visualization, writing complex SQL queries, building rapid prototype using Python/ R and generating insights that enable senior leaders to make critical business decisions. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
- 3+ years of hands-on analytics work experience, with proven quantitative orientation
- 3+ years of work experience using business intelligence tools like Tableau, QuickSight, PowerBI, etc. as well as advanced skills in Excel
- Hands on experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling.
- 2+ years of work experience in hands-on forecast modeling and statistical analysis

- The role requires technical agility with understanding of forecasting methods and models
- Owning the analytics space including the BI architecture to support Forecast Planning cycles
- Design, develop and maintain scalable and reliable analytical tools, dashboards, and metrics that drive key forecast and planning decisions
- Conduct deep dive analyses of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations; determine optimized courses of action to deliver comprehensive analytical solutions
- Engage stakeholders in constructive dialogues to convert business problems into logic problems that can be solved with data, statistics, and scripting
- Work closely with Forecasting Managers, Economists and BIEs to build forecasting models for new business use cases and improve existing forecasting systems
- Deep diving gaps within forecasting tools and systems and provide feedback to the Sciences team

The Selling Partners Support ecosystem is constantly evolving and our analytics systems must be maintained and adapted to ensure our measurement strategy and reporting mechanisms accommodate these changes. Build a variety of analytics and visualization solutions to support our team. Autonomously perform deep dives, uncovering new trends/areas that may need attention. Partner closely with Program Managers to help design experiments and look for new opportunities with focus on 1) designing the right set of metrics that will allow us to measure our overall routing performance across key systems, as well as 2) Standardize input data feeds into our products.

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
- Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
- 2+years of professional experience in building demand forecasting models or equivalent field

The base pay for this position ranges from $89,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
