**Description**
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead mechanical design project teams in Richland, WA to create world-class designs for new projects, alterations and redevelopments on a variety of equipment and infrastructure projects that will primarily support the local Department of Energy (DOE) complexes (e.g. Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) and Hanford).

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.

**Compensation**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Develops a comprehensive marketing and business development strategy for a specific geographic area based on the business potential of the area, needs of the community, and the capability of the local office(s) or business lines.
