LenelS2's Custom Solutions Team develops custom software that extends the OnGuard and NetBox access control platforms. These applications are critical to the security operations of customers including Fortune 100 firms, financial institutions, universities, and government facilities.

The annual base salary range for this position is $97,600 - $121,800. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Required:
- Individual should have a minimum of 10 years of experience integrating and fielding complex systems and overseeing capital asset deployments (e.g., concurrent tower deployments and construction of 10 or more tower units per year).
- Experience leading deployment programs of capital assets or complex systems in austere environments for DHS or Defense organizations is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Domestic and international travel will be required Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics Education, or similar degree is required. Demonstrated experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in managing deployment projects of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government is required.
- Experience working with similar programs for DHS or Defense organizations and and international customers is preferred
- Prepare and complete action plans to be presented to the Government.
- Ability to provide direction and mentoring to project team members; set appropriate goals and Work with the higher level Deployment Manager, if applicable, to provide effective and efficient management of the deployment
- Experience documenting deployment processes and procedures
- Proven ability to ensure compliance, and manage administrative requirements
- Work is typically performed in an office setting
