Activities may include but not be limited to:
+ Provide design of valves for small hypergolic propulsion systems to large cryogenic liquid engines or stages.
+ Create part and assembly CAD models and detailed drawings for prototyping purposes.
+ Create or review valves specifications.
+ Create valve test plans and oversee qualification testing.
+ Analyze test data and create performance reports.
+ Perform "hands-on" test preparation for valve assembly in a lab environment.
+ Provide oversight or insight for commercial partner valve design during reviews and other activities.
+ Present progress updates to upper management.

**Required skills/experience:**
+ Proven knowledge and experience with valve design and testing used in rocket propulsion or cryogen applications.
+ Knowledge of NASA mechanism standards (5017) and other associated NASA Standards.
+ Experience with valve actuator design and application sizing calculations.
+ Knowledge of fabrication, quality control, and material selection relative to valve manufacturing processes depending on control fluid.
+ Experience with valve sealing material selection for different propellants or fluids.
+ Good CAD skills (CREO preferred) with part modeling, assemblies, and detailed drawing creation.

**Position Summary.**
The Director, Real Estate - Design & Development, is responsible for driving Walmart's real estate growth strategy. This role supports the full lifecycle of new store development-from site selection and deal negotiation to construction oversight and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead all work related to the design, development and rollout for state of the art AI product for the life sciences community

Qualifications:

Title : Vice President, Design Management

Duties : Assist in distribution of the Company's Brand Architecture & Interior Design Standards. Develop Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) Standards and lead design documentation and prototype review process. Create and maintain consultant database for recommendations and RFP templates issued to consultant teams for our partner's use. Provide leadership and hands-on involvement in the review of Design Documentation for Interior Architecture and FF&E at all stages. Lead the coordination efforts with cross-functional teams, actively participating in the review process, and ensuring comprehensive sign-off from all disciplines before initiating construction/fabrication activities. Act as both a leader and hands-on contributor, overseeing and supporting owners and internal stakeholders in managing third-party designer's design documentation deliverables, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project and Brand requirements. Serve as main point-of-contact for all FF&E requirements, including specification, shop drawing, finish/materials, and prototype reviews. Take a leadership role in providing on-site installation support, guiding, and supervising the design management team to ensure seamless execution of FF&E installation, including deficiency rectification as required. Work with Consulting Sr. Director, Capex to assist with Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) budgets for future renovations, including scope of work development, consultant selection, internal design alignment, concept briefs as required and overall project management of renovation execution as required. Coordinate creation of FF&E mood boards and concept briefs for internal customer review, including specification development when a third-party designer is not used. Organize research and selection of FF&E, interior finishes to match mood boards while adhering to budgets and schedules. Collaborate with Montage's Creative Director to lead design, source and produce custom OS&E programs across all commodities, including bespoke items. Collaborate with Montage's Creative Director to develop, specify and refine Montage International Operating Supplies and Equipment (OS&E) Brand Standards. Research and development of OS&E product for critical guest touch-points as defined by the Creative Director. Collaborate with Creative Director on custom OS&E products that can be leveraged into retail sales. Both assist and instruct others in the negotiation of best pricing for FF&E and design materials for the hotel network, ensuring hotels receive the highest quality product at the lowest total cost. Prepare and monitor FF&E/OS&E Budgets through all stages of design and provide cost savings guidance in the value engineering process in collaboration with internal stakeholders, owners, consultants, procurement agent(s), and project managers. Collaborate with third party or in-house procurement services for purchasing strategy, pricing negotiations, prototype and model room programs, volume purchasing and freight/warehouse/installation requirements. Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Residential Teams on development and execution of professional renderings (by third party) for both internal design approval and marketing purposes. Special Skills and Requirements:

  • Must have experience managing FF&E, OS&E, and CAPEX for hospitality companies
