Summer 2026 | Full-Time Paid Internship | Lake Country DockHounds Baseball

The Lake Country DockHounds, proud members of the American Association of Professional Baseball, are seeking a Graphics & Web Design Intern for the 2026 season at Wisconsin Brewing Company Park in Oconomowoc, WI.

This internship is ideal for creative students who want to build their portfolio while gaining real-world design and web experience in the sports and entertainment industry. You'll work on everything from social media graphics and video board content to website updates and fan-facing campaigns-helping to shape the DockHounds' brand both online and in the ballpark.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Design creative materials for social media, email campaigns, the DockHounds website, and in-game video board content.
  • Assist with the design, upkeep, and maintenance of the team website (WordPress/Elementor experience preferred).
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Entertainment departments on campaigns, promotions, and fan experience projects.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
  • Assist with layout, copy integration, and proofing of assigned projects.
  • Support creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh design ideas.
  • Provide occasional photo and video editing support (experience with Final Cut Pro or iMovie preferred).
  • Work closely with the Graphic Design team to maintain cohesive brand standards.
  • Assist other departments with design-related projects when needed.

Internship Details
  • Schedule: Mid-April-Mid-September 2026 (includes office hours, 50 home games, and other events at WBC Park such as concerts and festivals).
  • Compensation: Up to $3,000 for the summer.
  • Location: Wisconsin Brewing Company Park, Oconomowoc, WI.
  • Focus: Gain hands-on experience in both creative design and web management while building a strong professional portfolio in the sports industry.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required).

Our ideal candidate has 3-5 years of graphic design experience and a strong fundamental design background specializing in creative project management, typography, illustration, trend research, surface patterns, packaging design, and strong layout skills.

Work experience must be from a professional design studio or product development company. If you have designed and managed projects from concept to production, are detail-oriented, a strong multi-tasker, creative designer and thinker, then this is the job for you!

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.
Collaborate with marketing personnel to understand graphic needs related to product launches and current brand efforts.
Produce and print advertising, catalogs, sales sheets, social media content, product videos, special event materials, and other marketing and sales assets.
Assist with coordinating and executing photoshoots to ensure the most up-to-date images are available.
Adapt and maintain existing promotions, product literature, catalogs, and sales collateral.
Design print advertising for local events, special events and other needs.
Maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure that all printed and electronic material is prepared
and shipped in accordance to Textron Specialized Vehicles brand guidelines and graphic standards, and is
produced on deadline and within budget.
Learn to manage deadlines and budgets for various projects
**Qualifications**
Education: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field required
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and Adobe Creative suite
Strong, precise written and verbal communications with an emphasis on editing, grammar and punctuation

**Job Summary / Purpose**
The **Graphic Designer, Brand Team** is a creative and detail-oriented professional responsible for supporting the development and execution of high-quality visual content that enhances CommonSpirit Health's brand identity. This role works collaboratively with the brand and creative teams to design assets that reflect the organization's values, ensure brand consistency, and inspire both internal and external audiences.
In this position, you will create designs for a wide range of projects, including digital, print, and experiential touchpoints. Your expertise in visual storytelling and design principles will play a critical role in reinforcing our brand's message and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Success in this role requires a balance of creative vision, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Additionally, this individual will be instrumental in advancing brand transition efforts across CommonSpirit Health's multi-state footprint. You will have the opportunity to oversee local efforts and travel as needed to ensure successful execution. This is a significant chance to contribute to one of the largest brand transitions in healthcare, requiring strong project management and creative skills to drive impactful results.
**Essential Key Job Responsibilities**
**Design and Development:**
+ Create high-quality designs for various mediums, including digital assets (web banners, social media graphics, email templates), print materials (signage, brochures, posters), and experiential branding (event visuals, environmental graphics, leadership presentations).
+ Develop and refine graphic assets that align with CommonSpirit Health's brand guidelines.
**Brand Stewardship:**
+ Act as a guardian of CommonSpirit Health's visual identity, ensuring all creative outputs align with established brand guidelines.
+ Support the creation and maintenance of a centralized library of design templates and assets.
**Collaboration and Communication:**
+ Work closely with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to understand project objectives and deliver compelling design solutions.
+ Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to produce high-quality materials.
**Project Management:**
+ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality execution.
+ Maintain an organized workflow by tracking project milestones and communicating progress with stakeholders.
**Job Requirements**
**Required Education and Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
+ 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an in-house creative team or agency environment.
+ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
