**In this position.**
We are looking for a thoughtful and detail-oriented **UX Designer specializing in Design Systems** to join our growing design system team. In this role, you will help shape the core design language that powers our products and ensure consistent, accessible, and scalable user experiences across platforms.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams-including product designers, engineers, accessibility specialists, and product managers-to evolve and maintain our design system guidelines. Your work will directly impact the productivity of our product teams and the quality of our customer experiences.
**This position is onsite four days per week in Dearborn Michigan.**

**What you'll do.**
