The Operational Services organization at Schwab partners with teams across the firm to deliver on service promises to Schwab clients. We are responsible for protecting and safeguarding the assets of the firm and our clients while continuing to increase scalability and efficiency.
The Operations Transformation Office (OTO) is responsible for transforming Operational Services into a highly scalable organization, while creating a culture of excellence in how we create shared value for clients, manage risk, cultivate talent, and collaborate with partners across the firm. As a Business Led Development developer, you create applications by working directly with the operations employees and learning their processes. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of software development: gathering business requirements, developing the application, writing unit tests, and coordinating testing and deployment. Our applications may be completely automated jobs for moving and providing data into core systems and reports or also web applications for data entry and workflow management. - Design and implement new web applications using Microsoft technologies.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) in a SCRUM/Agile environment.
- Understand existing Data Model designs and modify them as required.
