Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile project management, specifically within software development environments.
• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale software projects from initiation to closure.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM II is highly desirable).
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Experience working with distributed and remote teams is essential.
• Familiarity with various SDLC models and development practices.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
