Job Description:

Minimum requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Agile project management, specifically within software development environments.
- Proven experience managing complex, large-scale software projects from initiation to closure.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM II is highly desirable).
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Experience working with distributed and remote teams is essential.
- Familiarity with various SDLC models and development practices.
