• Diriger plusieurs projets, couvrant toutes les étapes de conception et de développement de problèmes complexes au sein des plateformes SCM, Tools et Release Engineering, incluant la conception, l'analyse, le codage, les tests et l'intégration de solutions.
• Examiner et évaluer les conceptions et les activités de projet afin de vérifier leur conformité aux directives et normes de conception et de développement d'applications ; fournir un retour d'information concret pour améliorer la qualité des produits et atténuer les risques de panne.
• Favoriser l'innovation et l'intégration de nouvelles technologies aux projets et activités de l'équipe de conception d'applications logicielles.
• Encadrer et encadrer les collaborateurs juniors.
• Gérer et surveiller les systèmes (infrastructure d'ingénierie, Jenkins, Jira, Yocto, etc.) afin de faciliter le dépannage et la résolution des problèmes.
• Développement pratique d'outils DevOps et d'automatisation avec Python.
• Comprendre tous les composants du portefeuille de produits SD-WAN de HPE/Aruba.
• Identifier les schémas/tâches répétables et les automatiser.

Formation et expérience requises :

• Licence ou master en informatique, systèmes d'information ou équivalent.
• Au moins 8 à 10 ans d'expérience DevOps.

Connaissances et compétences :

• Maîtrise des systèmes Linux, du projet Yocto Embedded et du renforcement des systèmes d'exploitation .
• Automatiser les processus, surveiller l'analyse périodique de nos produits pour détecter d'éventuelles vulnérabilités de sécurité et contribuer à les corriger de manière appropriée.
• Solides bases en informatique : algorithmes et structures de données, complexité computationnelle, calcul parallèle et distribué.
• Exigences : solides connaissances en programmation avec Python, Django , etc., et familiarité avec les applications de bases de données comme MySQL ou MongoDB.
• Passionné par les opérations : vous aimez faire fonctionner les systèmes et les réparer en cas de panne.
• Bonne connaissance des systèmes d'automatisation de build, de gestion de configuration logicielle et d'intégration continue comme Jenkins, GNU Make, Jira et Git.
• Une connaissance de l'infrastructure infonuagique (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) est un atout majeur.
• Excellentes compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.
• Une volonté constante de progresser et d'apprendre. Au sein de cette équipe, vous serez exposé à de nouvelles technologies et à de nouveaux problèmes. La capacité à assimiler de nouvelles idées et à résoudre les problèmes complexes dès leur apparition sera la clé du succès.
• Conception et intégration d'applications logicielles fonctionnant sur plusieurs types de plateformes dans l'architecture globale.
• Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
• Capacité à communiquer efficacement sur les architectures de produits, à concevoir des propositions et à négocier des options avec la haute direction.
