**Overview of the Role** :
The Head of Digital Acquisitions will be responsible for identifying digital growth opportunities within Personal Banking and Wealth Management Technology (PBWMT) to increase acquisitions and enhance the overall product platform. This team will drive transformation towards innovative technical thought leadership and cutting-edge application development approaches in efforts to develop Multi Relationship Customers (MRC). The Head of Digital Acquisitions will manage multiple agile teams of engineers to create a feature rich, efficient, and scalable digital experience through Citi's consumer and small business portfolio. This role will be responsible to develop, drive, and implement product growth with our partners that will scale and differentiate our financial offerings and serves as face of Citi technology as a primary relationship or account manager. This leader will be responsible for owning technology product and service performance as delivered to the client.
**Objective:**
We're looking for visionary "renaissance" leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who has the experience of creating, communicating, and executing a unifying vision, a senior technologist with exceptional technical, leadership, experience, and communication abilities to influence change at all levels of the organization. This individual will serve as a disrupter within the industry elevating requirements to drive our strategy throughout the organization. Developing and leading a team of ambitious strategists and building strong and collaborative relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders to drive the vision forward is essential. An ideal candidate will be comfortable with not only leading and influencing but also diving into the technical weeds and rolling up her/his/their sleeves. **Priorities Include:**
+ Define and execute go-to-market strategies and develop cross-channel campaigns that measurably increase digital acquisitions and product growth to encourage Multi Relationship Customers (MRC)
+ Collaborate closely with marketing and compliance partners on key campaigns to ensure targeting, pricing, and offer strategies align with the overarching strategic vision and desired portfolio economics to optimize acquisitions
+ Work with the business to build out a net new digital acquisitions strategy for the small business portfolio. This will also require partnering with architecture in vendor selection, detail design etc.
+ Partner with business leaders to define the vision, mission, and focus for digital products to address the key needs of our customers
+ Set objectives, key risks, and metrics to measure the success of new customer acquisitions, products, and experiences put into the market
+ Drive new acquisitions and product usage to encourage customers to leverage Citi as a multi relationship channel for their financial needs
+ Partner closely with various lines of business to fully align on the overall strategy and prioritization in accordance with the evolving P&L priorities
+ Manage, inspire, and attract top industry talent to deliver best in class digital experience, focused on acquiring new customers and product growth for new and existing customers
+ Partner with business, digital, and technology stakeholders to identify needs, validate pain points, and determine the high-level value proposition / business case for implementing innovative, relevant, and cost-effective technology solutions. Deploy techniques such as hypotheses development, current state analysis, data and analytics, and business case development to establish near and long-term technology priorities. Conduct and incorporate research and competitive analysis as required
+ Develop, in consultation with Engineering and Architecture teams, an approach to assess the productivity and value impact of new and emerging technologies and develop and lead implementation plans to drive successful adoption of the technologies.
