Datos de contacto. Domicilio completo, correo electrnico, nmero de telfono mvil y/o fijo.
Datos financieros o patrimoniales. Informacin resultante de los estudios socioeconmicos que se lleven a cabo, salario actual, otras percepciones, informacin de cuenta bancaria, constancia de situacin fiscal, clave interbancaria.
Datos laborales y acadmicos. Antecedentes laborales y acadmicos, certificados de estudio, currculum vitae, desempeo laboral, informacin relacionada con trabajos anteriores.
RSI tambin podra tratar los siguientes datos personales que se consideran como sensibles (en lo sucesivo se entendern incluidos cuando se haga referencia a Datos Personales):
Datos de Salud. Estado de salud actual y pasado, tipo de sangre.
Datos Biomtricos: Huella dactilar.
RSI puede recolectar los datos personales mediante la entrega directa por su parte a travs de cualquier medio de contacto. Tambin puede recolectar datos personales de manera indirecta a travs de fuentes de acceso pblico y de otras fuentes disponibles en el mercado.
- Finalidades del Tratamiento
Los datos personales que nos proporcione, sern tratados para las siguientes finalidades:
- Solicitar la hoja de vida y documentos anexos para su evaluacin.
- Comunicarse por cualquier medio de contacto suministrado cuando se requiera para continuar con el proceso de seleccin.
- Verificar antecedentes, informacin personal, experiencia laboral y profesional como parte del proceso de seleccin.
- Contar con un registro de las personas que se presentaron en cada proceso de seleccin y sus resultados.
- Reportar informacin a las autoridades competentes en caso de que se requerido.
- Verificar informacin en cumplimiento de regulaciones vigentes como la relacionada con los requerimientos para la prevencin del lavado de activos y la financiacin del terrorismo.
- Cualquier otra finalidad directamente relacionada con los procesos de seleccin que adelante RSI.
III. Transferencias de datos personales
Sus datos personales podrn ser transferidos, de conformidad con lo establecido en la LFPDPPP, en los casos en los que RSI no requiera el consentimiento del Titular para realizar transferencias de datos personales nacionales o internacionales de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artculo 37 de la LFPDPPP o en cualquier otro caso de excepcin previsto por la misma u otra legislacin aplicable.
Para el cumplimiento de la relacin jurdica entre usted y RSI, le informamos que sus datos personales podrn ser remitidos a Encargados a nivel nacional e internacional conforme a la LFDPPP, dichas remisiones no requieren de su consentimiento.
RSI se compromete a salvaguardar la confidencialidad de sus Datos Personales; por tanto, en cumplimiento a las polticas corporativas y a lo establecido en la Ley, RSI mantiene las medidas de seguridad necesarias con el fin de proteger las bases de datos y para evitar su prdida, alteracin, destruccin, uso, acceso o tratamiento no autorizado.
