Required Qualifications: • 8+ years of advanced experience conducting comprehensive assessments of analytics capabilities and leading the implementation of digital analytics strategies, from planning through execution and ongoing optimization. • 5+ years of hands-on experience working across a variety of MarTech tools and data sources, including analytics platforms, tag management systems, customer data platforms, audience segmentation tools, and activation platforms. • 5+ years of experience working with digital data sources, such as web analytics, advertising, audience, social, and search data, to drive actionable insights. • Strong knowledge of AEP products, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe CJO, and AJO. • Proficiency in Power BI. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders. • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience in the healthcare industry or with Government Programs and M&R acquisition portal marketing. • Familiarity with IT metrics and business metrics analysis. • Consumer acquisition experience marketing.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Analytics & Testing this person is responsible for developing, deploying, and managing innovative digital analytics and reporting for our domestic and international websites and mobile applications. You will succesffully identify opportunities for improvement and provide data-driven strategic insights, to maximize customer conversions and eCommerce revenue. You will also serve as the subject matter expert for web and digital marketing analytics tools, multivariate testing tools, eCommerce testing tools, and the tag management platform.
Principal Functions and Responsibilities:
- delivering weekly reporting and insights, ad hoc analytics, tag management, and on-site testing.
- Partner with Director, Web Merchandising and Planning to conduct promotional testing and deliver go-forward recommendations.
- Design and manage advanced analytical solutions and analyze and provide data-driven insights related to navigation behaviors, website usability, data traffic patterns, key site traffic tunnels, process bottlenecks, registration patterns, order volume, conversion funnel, and product selection, to improve site navigation, increase customer satisfaction, optimize conversions, and reduce transaction abandonment.
- Partner with Sr. Leaders to implement Clicks-to-Bricks testing and analysis to understand the impact of website visits on store sales.
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide performance metric report processes.
- Evaluate merchandising, product placements, creative placements, and up-sell/cross-sell affinities, to ensure best-in-class merchandise presentations and to increase average order value.
- Establish relationship with digital agency analytics team and ensure Digital and Marketing analytical goals are delivered to the organization in an insightful and action-driven manner.
- Participate in website projects as a measurements expert, identifying reporting requirements, monitoring the reporting implementation and evaluating pre and post-launch metrics.
- Partner with key members of the Finance department to develop sales/revenue forecasting plans.
- Stay current on latest Internet and analytics development as related to retail industry.
- Maintain open communication with Executive Leadership Team, regarding website improvement recommendations and data analysis insights, and serve as the department's subject matter expert during presentations.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Sciences, or related field; MBA or higher preferred
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in an online retail environment
- Extensive analytics background with solid understanding of web site best practices, digital marketing principles, measurements, and consumer behavior
- Experience with tag management tools
