+ Setup, configure, and debug clickstream data collection leveraging tag management solutions for site analytics / reporting platforms

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
+ Act as a thought partner to digital leaders, proactively identifying opportunities where analytics can shape strategy and enhance the guest experience.
+ Influence cross-functional stakeholders by framing insights in business terms, building alignment across product, marketing, and technology teams, and driving adoption of analytics-informed decisions.
+ Manage the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, highlighting KPIs with accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency.
+ Develop and maintain dashboards and analyses in Adobe Analytics, FullStory, and Target to deliver timely, actionable insights across digital channels (web, mobile apps, internal tools).
+ Design and advise on testing protocols (A/B, multivariate, personalization), ensuring hypotheses are strategically framed, measurement is rigorous, and results are interpreted in context.
+ Lead optimization initiatives, uncovering insights that translate into strategies for maximizing conversion, revenue, and guest engagement.
+ Partner on roadmap development, ensuring tracking requirements and measurement frameworks are defined in advance of new product launches or personalization initiatives.
+ Support implementation and QA teams, developing testing protocols and validating that analytics tracking is accurate, complete, and aligned with business goals.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE**
+ 5+ years' experience in digital analytics, customer data, reporting, and analysis, with a proven track record of turning insights into business impact.
+ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead through influence, align cross-functional teams, and present complex findings in clear, compelling ways.

**PAY TRANSPARENCY**
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $113,000.00-$158,000.00.
