Description
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Define and evolve the vision for DAM and PIM systems, including future integrations with web and internal platforms.
- Act as the functional product owner, collaborating with IT (who owns the backend) and other stakeholders.
- Lead one associate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on data and asset strategies.
DAM Oversight
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital assets (images, videos, documents).
- Develop metadata schemas and taxonomy for improved searchability and organization.
- Monitor system performance, user adoption, and enforce best practices for asset usage and rights management.
PIM Oversight
- Maintain accurate, consistent product data across all channels.
- Support product content development (descriptions, specs, images).
- Align with marketing, sales, and product development teams on data usage and enrichment.
Process Optimization & Collaboration
- Work with IT on backend automation and system enhancements.
- Use tools like JIRA, MS Office, and metadata tagging systems to manage workflows.
- Analyze data, support SEO tagging, and contribute to data science initiatives.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3- 5+ years of experience in DAM and PIM systems.
- Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and digital rights management.
- Experience with system integrations, API management, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent communication, training, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Project management experience in DAM/PIM environments.
This is a 6 month W2 contract with the expectation to get hired onto the team afterwards, pending performance. It will pay $50-$5 an hour pending experience.
It is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite in Torrance, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is 50.00 - 55.50/hr.

Work LocationThis position is based onsite at our current Bell, CA office and will transition to our new Beverly Hills, CA headquarters in Q1 2026 . Candidates must be able to commute to both locations.
The Digital Assets Manager will primarily be responsible for managing all photo/video assets across all verticals for multiple brands and businesses. Your work will include organizing all imagery, building out/maintaining DAM tools/software, and acting as the point-person for all final creative deliverables across the company. The role also includes external partnership with vendors/agencies and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure optimum efficiency remains top-of-mind.
Some of what you'll do
- Own all processes pertaining to image usage and tracking for all assets
- Serve as lead project manager for digital asset management system use, working closely with IT, external vendor(s), and cross-functional team members (includes training/onboarding new users to the DAM system and assist with any questions from users)
- Organize/manage entire final asset delivery pipeline from retouching/editing to uploading/distributing, while updating internal system(s) with any status updates as needed
- Create/maintain an archive and tracking system and pull historical images/data to updated tracker, confirming all information (usage rights, etc.) is current and accurate
- Manage and help troubleshoot DAM tools to ensure assets are consistently updating and available to cross-functional partners
- Oversee all metadata standards, ensuring all assets are tagged accordingly
- Act as lead stakeholder in postproduction to ensure all assets meet standards and specs
- Oversee budget and invoice tracking of outsourced postproduction resources
- Provide freelancers with necessary access to upload content for retouching/editing workflow
- Work with all cross-functional teams for any image usage rights requests, making sure all requests are vetted through creative team to ensure proper usage and ensure any images with expiring usage rights are removed
- Partner with Legal team in supplying any needed documentation or communication regarding image usage rights
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with an emphasis in Dropbox, migration, and consolidation (metadata input, organizing large amounts of files, file naming conventions, and database reporting)

As a Tax Manager, you will utilize your prior experience to manage teams providing tax advisory and compliance services to our vast array of clients: traditional enterprise companies starting to use and invest in crypto, Labs companies launching new decentralized networks and building applications, infrastructure companies that do mining and staking, crypto exchanges, and asset managers expanding their portfolio to include crypto investing and engaging in yield generating activities. + Working directly with Deloitte leaders and national office with specialists in the taxation of crypto
+ Performing detail-level reviews of tax research, agreements, work papers, and tax filings
+ Coordinating and communicating with client contacts as required to understand the client's business, gather information, and provide tax-efficient solutions.
+ Training, mentoring, and supervising tax staff.
+ Preparing and leading client meetings on advisory and compliance projects related to tax planning opportunities, and the tax implications of various transactions to the organization.
+ Involvement in marketplace eminence building and pursuits.

Qualifications
Required:
+ Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 - 3 days per week
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
+ 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
+ Tax technical analysis of transactions and business models
