**Digital Business Development Managers** are responsible for the successful rollout and activation of our new software (SW) products across the organization. This role will focus on enabling the sales team, coordinating with commercialization and delivery teams, and ensuring that our sales professionals are equipped and motivated to sell these new solutions. This position covers the **Southwest U.S.** with ideal candidate residing within one of the following cities: Houston, Las Vegas, Austin, or San Antonio.
**As a Digital Business Development Manager, you will:**
+ Develop and implement comprehensive rollout plans
+ Coordinate with the SW portfolio enablement team on timelines and messaging for rollout execution
+ Create and deliver training programs for sales professionals for 'how to sell the imbedded offering' in alignment with packages defined by sales enablement
+ Develop and distribute sales approach, tactics, and collateral to scale adoption of new offerings
+ Assist in initial sales opportunities and provide guidance, including performing product demonstrations, facilitate cyber security vendor risk assessments and questionnaires, and objection handling (battle cards usage), thereby enabling and transforming the field wide sales organization
+ Coach field sales in the art of Land, Adopt, Expand accounts and drive 'proof of concepts' to steady paid engagements
+ Service as a point of contract for product related inquiries
+ Collaborate proactively with Global Tech Unit representatives, SW sales enablement
+ Gather feedback from sales professionals and customers to continuously improve rollout, activation, and packaging succinctly across the assigned region
+ Monitor, track, and report on progress of new portfolio rollout and sales activation efforts
**You will make an impact with these qualifications:**
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
+ A technical background or inclination is required
+ 3+ years of demonstrated experience in sales activation, product rollout, or a similar role, preferably in the software or technology sector
+ Proven experience in planning and executing successful product rollouts and sales activation initiatives
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate sales teams
+ Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, particularly commercialization and delivery teams
+ Willingness to travel 50% of the time

+ Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices.
+ Lead the testing and validation of proposed solutions and ensure they meet business requirements.
+ Act as a liaison between the technical teams and our engaged partners to ensure mutual understanding and flawless delivery of desired solutions for customer use.
+ Collaborate with SAP, Reliance, Net-Inspect, eDX (Data and Analytics), CORE, EH&S, as well as operational and business process SMEs across RTX.
+ Partner with technical delivery teams throughout RTX and with approved third-party suppliers.
+ Monitor system performance, respond to incidents and problem reports.
+ Utilize the RTX CORE framework, method, and tools.
+ Travel possible, up to 10%.
**Qualification You Must Have:**
+ Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience.
+ 3+ years' proven experience working directly with SAP Quality processes, Hexagon/EtQ Reliance Quality Management Suite, with hands-on experience in system implementation and optimization.
+ 3+ years working experience and knowledge of the IT life cycle: Requirements/Analysis, Design, Specification, Code/Configuration, Development Testing, Change Management, Sustain, and Optimize. Experience with agile frameworks/iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects including change management.
+ Skilled in preparation of system requirement specifications to support application development including process flow development.
+ Ability to drive innovation and process efficiency within quality management system and excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
+ Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Agile Analysis Certification (AAC), SAFe, Six-Sigma, Certification in SAP, Hexagon/ETQ Reliance, SharpCloud.
+ Experience using SAFe Agile framework, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Tool Suite, SQL.
+ Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Quality standards, Supplier Quality, and supporting solutions and experience working with Net-Inspect quality solutions.
+ Working knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools to enable quality insights and actionable decision making.
+ Initiative / self-starter: able to execute within strategic vision with motivation and resiliency and detail oriented with the ability to appropriately balance priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
