Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Digital Business Analyst. You will drive discussions and document processes and journeys around business and technical process, as well as requirements. You will craft and refine requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, test scripts and production implementation run books for projects and minor enhancements within the IT Community Banking team. The role will guide appropriate technical solutions across a wide range of Old National Bank Community business line functions, as well as deliver digital solutions to meet an array of internal and customer-facing processes. This individual will be responsible for documenting existing business needs and developing new and enhanced business processes to ensure IT solutions support and align with business initiatives, and company goals.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is 77,900 - 153,000 per year. Final salary will be determined based on factors such as location, experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Accountabilities

    Act as IT project lead to ensure all business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and test scripts are captured for design, testing and implementation of a variety of solutions across Community Banking.
  • Experience working with front end development teams and UI/UX design teams in the delivery of digital experiences
  • Solution new processes and journeys to ensure new software solutions are aligned with company and IT objectives.
  • Has accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work.
  • Work with business sponsors to determine business requirements that are necessary to increase efficiency, function, and profit across Community Banking.
  • Design current and future state processes and assist with connecting all necessary project stakeholders, subject matter experts and Line of Business owners towards a common project goal.
  • Design workflows, processes, and solutions to solve business problems and document current/future state.
  • Lead process modifications to increase productivity and effectiveness.
  • Build a strong cross functional understanding of both the company's product and business operations.
  • Proactively pursues continued education for an ever-changing digital workspace.
  • Asks for others' opinions and ideas and listens actively to gain their support when clarifying expectations, agreeing on a solution, and checking for satisfaction.
  • Builds and maintains a strong relationship within the organization.
  • Compile team and project status reports on a re-occurring basis.
  • Clearly communicate complex technical solutions in a manner where business lines and our development partners can easily understand.
  • Report and research the cause of any outstanding production issues related to assigned projects, and work with any necessary individuals/teams to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Effectively plan, facilitate, and document meetings and interact with all levels of a project team.
  • Exercise independent judgement and take the lead role on projects with minimal direction.
  • Serve as a senior member of the team, mentoring junior members.
  • Manage multiple initiatives at one time, providing clear and consistent communication back to the team and management on each initiative.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years + experience in technical business analysis and digital platforms in a related industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, digital technologies, and user experience principles.
  • Experience collaborating with development teams to design and implement digital solutions that meet business needs
  • Experience creating system diagrams and documenting business processes.
  • Experience creating and following change control processes and templates (required)
  • Experience in writing user stories for software initiatives in the financial industry (preferred), with an emphasis on digital platforms (required)
  • Experience using JIRA to manage project requirements, bugs and/or test scripts (preferred).
  • Experience using a system to document testing results.
  • Experience coordinating testing and reporting user acceptance testing results.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and stay overnight as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a key resource for ASIS's enterprise systems, including CRM, AMS, LMS, and related platforms.
  • Analyze data across systems to support business needs, develop dashboards in Power BI, and recommend opportunities for automation.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • CAPM, PMI-PBA, ECBA, or other business analysis or project management certification is a plus
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience supporting enterprise systems and conducting cross-system data analysis.
    • At least 2+ years of experience utilizing and supporting an enterprise system (e.g., CRM, ERP, AMS)
    • At least 2+ years of experience performing data analysis using data from multiple systems
    • At least 3+ years of experience with SOP's, training, report writing, query building, and creating dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Understanding of web technologies and how they support strategic business goals
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical ideas for non-technical users.

You will:
  • Partner with the business stakeholders and IT Business Partner to align and prioritize current and future IT initiatives in support of the business objectives.
  • Managing the portfolio of projects to ensure on-time, to quality and on budget delivery.
  • Structure and manage outsource partner relationships for design, delivery, and support of solutions.
  • Establish and assure adherence to development, testing, and release standards and policies.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience building cross-organizational consensus with exposure to technology providers and/or business clients.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $82300- $152800 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with a demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.

What You Will Do:

  • Working with the digital team, map digital business requirements to technical requirements documents, documented use cases, and process maps to further the ideation through solutioning approach using our business process.

  • Leverage our peer support teams and processes to design solutions from Intake through Delivery to Sustainment that meet business needs and are compliant with the organization's goals and objectives.

  • Guide stakeholders on best practices and utilize our internal processes to achieve optimal results. Identify and drive process improvements through automation, data analytics, and system enhancements. Conduct data analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices.

  • Lead the testing and validation of proposed solutions and ensure they meet business requirements.

Qualification You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience.

  • 3+ years' proven experience working directly with SAP Quality processes, Hexagon/EtQ Reliance Quality Management Suite, with hands-on experience in system implementation and optimization.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with data warehousing/database concepts and Customer Data Platforms, specifically Adobe AEP

  • Knowledge of customer identity resolution concepts including data cleansing, matching and besting
  • Experience with data profiling and analysis and process flow diagramming
  • Software Development Lifecycle (requirements, scoping, design, build, test, deploy, maintain)
  • Fundamentals of project management/change management methodologies (waterfall and agile)
  • Requirements management (elicitation, scoping, documentation, approval, traceability, validation, acceptance)

The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
