Position:
The NBC Sports Marketing Group is seeking a passionate and driven Digital Designer who will be responsible for creating visual content for digital platforms, leveraging a blend of artistic talent and technical expertise.
The Digital Designer is responsible for design, layout, and production of assets across various platforms and digital formats to support creative content, marketing, and social media materials.
Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for translating and maintaining all brand identities across all digital and social platforms.
+ Design and execute graphics for digital, video, events, print and on-air assets.
+ Present ideas and concepts to the Creatives using appropriate presentation techniques.
+ Keep current with industry visual design standards and trends and implement that knowledge in day-to-day design work.

Qualifications/Requirements:
+ 2+ years of professional design experience in a related industry.
Must possess strong applied skills in design, motion, video editing, layout, typography, and creative problem-solving.
+ Ability to work both as an individual contributor and in a collaborative environment.
+ Knowledgeable in internet usability, mobile, web, and responsive design.

ESC has an exciting opportunity for an Email Developer/Digital Designer to join our premier retail client's team. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bolingbrook, IL , with onsite work required 6 times per month .

The ideal candidate is an experienced digital designer and developer with a passion for creating high-performing, brand-aligned email campaigns in the fashion or beauty industry. In this role, you'll collaborate with marketing, loyalty, CRM, and creative teams to deliver innovative email experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Movable Ink, and other dynamic content tools.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and execute promotional, triggered, and transactional email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Movable Ink
• Edit and troubleshoot email code/design during the proofing process across platforms like Figma, Salesforce, and Movable Ink
• Ensure all email designs adhere to brand guidelines and style conventions
• Collaborate with the Email Marketing team to align with deployment schedules and campaign timelines
• Manage multiple email projects simultaneously while meeting quality and deadline standards
• Stay current on email best practices, ESP capabilities, accessibility, and new technologies

Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of experience in email development and digital design, ideally in the fashion or beauty industry

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and email design work
• Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Movable Ink, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, and CMS platforms
• Skilled in HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with data integrations, APIs, and journey-based email campaigns
• Experience using project management tools like Monday.com
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient
