The Digital Strategy Analyst is responsible for leading the performance and business analytics for Digital Strategy, Digital Product, and Digital Fraud support. Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Digital Product Strategists, Owners, and Managers to identify efficient and effective methods for managing analysis and performance of digital products and key initiatives
• Provide support to the Digital Strategy team for data-driven decision making by utilizing comprehensive data insights and working with stakeholders to implement successful actions
• Gather and evaluate all data related to key performance indicators concerning SCU digital access, engagement, experience, and fraud tooling, tracking, trending, and patterns to present member data on dashboards in accordance with company standards and protocols
