The Digital Strategy Analyst is responsible for leading the performance and business analytics for Digital Strategy, Digital Product, and Digital Fraud support. This individual leverages expertise and skills to provide value through the detailed development of reporting and data analysis. By identifying and collecting data and designing reports, the Analyst will recognize digital trends and build data-based recommendations to enhance or support business and strategic initiatives. The ideal incumbent will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in business analysis to support SCU's digital transformation and member omnichannel capabilities.
Responsibilities Collaborate with the Digital Product Strategists, Owners, and Managers to identify efficient and effective methods for managing analysis and performance of digital products and key initiatives
Provide support to the Digital Strategy team for data-driven decision making by utilizing comprehensive data insights and working with stakeholders to implement successful actions
Gather and evaluate all data related to key performance indicators concerning SCU digital access, engagement, experience, and fraud tooling, tracking, trending, and patterns to present member data on dashboards in accordance with company standards and protocols
Determine the core drivers of digital performance to formulate successful digital strategies for the growth of the credit union
Utilize KPIs to collect and document strategic data and business requirements, providing root cause analysis, historical analysis, incident research, what-if analysis, usage and enrollment analysis, and monthly reporting
Create and maintain reports using data services in an SQL environment
Analyze, test, and verify complex data sets, identify trends and gaps in data and/or services, and present findings clearly for business unit support
Address questions regarding data sources and integrity
Employ various internal and external tools to support the Digital Strategy business units
Identify reporting needs and write complex queries to extract information, trends, or patterns contained in the data and validate results
Lead and manage implementation and adjustments to vendor platform parameters for business rules, workflows, and data collection
Collaborate using innovative technology solutions to recommend improvements and procedures for streamlining and automating processes
Maintain a fundamental understanding of end-to-end member experience and system integrations and dependencies
Contribute to an efficient, positive, and professional team environment
