**Overview:**
Xerox Corporation, is seeking a Digital Imaging Specialist who will be responsible for working on-site daily at Xerox's Reprographics and Digital Imaging Center located in Indianapolis, IN. This is a full-time opportunity with daytime hours from Monday to Friday performing duties assigned related to large scale document imaging projects.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Prepare customer documents for the digital imaging process.
+ Check physical documents for quality issues that may complicate the scan process.
+ Prepare a wide array of document types and conditions for scanning.
+ Index scanned images according to naming mechanisms outlined by the customer and/or leadership, along with additional post-imaging services.
+ Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs, including print and finishing services and customer deliveries in the immediate Indianapolis area.
**What You Need to Succeed:**
+ Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
+ 1-2 years of reprographic and print shop experience is preferred.
+ Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
+ Experience using smartphone, tablet and/or laptop.
+ Experience using Microsoft applications and the Internet.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ The ability to carefully oversee and manage large volumes of individual documents.
+ A willingness to learn new skills, as well as adaptability when project details change.
+ Quality communication with team members to manage project expectations.
+ High of level of personal job responsibility to manage daily duties with minimal supervision.
+ Proficient typing skills not mandatory but preferred.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be at least 18 years old.
+ Ability to stand for 8+ hours and regularly lift 25-50 lbs.
+ Able to safely maneuver oversized and overweight equipment.
+ Must be able to work in a warehouse environment that may not be climate controlled.
+ Project prep and scan work will require finger dexterity and movement between machines for different types of documents.

l Job Duration: 4+ Month
l Shift: Mon to Fri 7:30 AM to 4 PM
| Pay: $17/hrs.
**Job Summary:**
+ lThe Imaging Specialist is primarily responsible for performing the document preparation and scanning tasks of important client documents.
+ Retrieving 3 to 4 boxes a day from the staging area.
+ From 1 box at a time the associate will be removing the folders, then removing the documents.
+ Flipping through the pages to remove staples remove binder clips.
+ Remove rubber bands from the documents.
+ Remove post-it notes and tape them to empty areas of the page or to blank sheets of paper. taping additional small documents like receipts to blank pages, then placing a separator sheet in front of the first page.
**Key Responsibilities** :
The Imaging Specialist is primarily responsible for performing the document preparation and scanning tasks of important client documents.
+ Responsible for all document preparation and indexing, including but not limited to sorting and/or preparing hard copy records for scanning, according to specific client requests.
+ Utilizing third party software, scan hardcopy files to electronic images ensuring a quality image.
+ Follow production procedures and completing internal documentation & tracking.
+ Adhere to Imaging Center guidelines of maintaining clean work environment.
+ Perform Quality Checks on all documents scanned and prepped records to ensure accuracy and correct any quality issues as needed.
+ Detect image errors and determine/document the cause of the errors detected during QC.
+ Utilize the keyboard to conduct manual data entry of required fields for validation and/or verification.
+ Re-assemble documents back to its original condition as required.
+ Prepare product for delivery and assure all projected documentation is complete.
+ Maintain and ensure optimal performance of scanning hardware and software and troubleshoot errors as necessary.
+ Assist in the training of new Imaging Specialists.
+ Comply with daily maintenance and safety checks of all equipment.
+ Utilize pallet jacks and carts as necessary.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
+ Routine lifting of 20-60 lbs.
+ Routine scanning of materials.
+ Overhead reaching.
+ Bending and stretching.
+ Sit and Stand for long periods in the day.
+ Routine pushing and pulling boxes and pallet jacks.
+ Able to operate forklift, pick lifts, and/or pallet jacks.
+ Primary working conditions are typical for an indoor/office environment.

As a Technologist, you will be responsible for explaining procedures and processes to patients, maintaining a safe, healthy, and professional work environment, and performing medical assistant duties. You will handle x-ray imaging, ensuring proper identification and quality control, as well as maintaining required documentation.
Responsibilities
+ Explain procedures and processes to patients.
+ Maintain a safe and professional work environment.
+ Perform x-ray imaging and review for proper identification and quality control.
+ Maintain documentation related to x-ray imaging.
+ Conduct medical assistant duties, such as performing vital signs and health history.
+ Utilize electronic medical records (EMR).
+ Provide excellent customer service and patient care.
Essential Skills
+ Knowledge of medical terminology and medical records.
+ High School diploma or GED equivalent.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
+ Understanding of radiation safety and imaging.
+ Experience with Epic and Advanced MD EMR systems.
+ Ability to perform both front and back office tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in customer service, with the ability to handle upset patients.
+ Experience in roles such as hostess or bartender can be beneficial.
+ Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs., push and pull a minimum of 50 lbs., and stand for at least 6 hours a day.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position requiring 36-40 hours per week, with flexible shifts. The work schedule includes shifts Monday through Friday and every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Weekend shifts are 8 hours, and if you work a weekend, you will receive a day off during the week. The role is based in an urgent care setting, requiring strong customer service skills and resilience in a demanding environment. Initial training includes Epic training, followed by front desk and clinical exposure. The work environment is fast-paced and involves exposure to a high volume of patient cases, providing a dynamic and diverse experience. Locations include Neptune City, NJ, and Eatontown, NJ.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neptune City, New Jersey.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $44.00/hr.
