Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data driven Marketing Analyst (Digital) to monitor, analyze and optimize our digital properties. This role involves gathering and analyzing digital data to generate actionable insights for enhancing user experience, driving engagement, and supporting our business goals including improved conversions and revenue. Location: REMOTE
Client: The National Basketball Association

Role: LONG TERM CONTRACT
Position Summary
Reportng into the Project Management Office, this role will support the Transactonal Email Marketng and eCommerce team on all projects and initatves.
Major Responsibilities
Project Management & Scrum Master blend:
Projects
  • Ability to manage an assortment of small, medium, & large development projects successfully according to the expectatons of key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure a clear understanding of project objectves, deliverables, and milestones and artculatng overall project objectves, deadlines & requirements.
  • Manage 3rd party partner tmeline inputs with enough tme for teams to execute and deliver, while tracking & managing changes in real tme.
  • Antcipate potental project roadblocks and proactvely implement solutons in real tme.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining tasks, tmelines, and resource requirements & management and key project documentaton.
  • Managing release cycles and launches through delivery and closeout.
Scrum Management
  • Effectvely facilitate or partcipate in agile scrum ceremonies across one or more scrum teams.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team to ensure the product backlog is contnuously prioritzed and maintained.
  • Ensure proper acceptance criteria, definiton of ready and done for requirements.
  • Facilitate internal and external communicatons (e.g., task coordinaton, progress tracking/reportng, dependency management).
  • Velocity tracking to ensure teams are working within expected capacity limits
Communication and Process/Operations:
  • Demonstrate clear, concise, effectve verbal and written communicatons.
  • Lead the creaton of project and product status updates for your teams based on a deep and contnuously evolving understanding of the NBA's business and objectves.
Required Education/Professional Experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital project management for consumer facing products
  • Experience as a project manager in a digital or marketng environment.
  • Strong Atlassian suite experience
  • Expertse in modern project management tools and standard methodologies, such as Agile/CSM, Lean, and planning tools

Required Skills/ Knowledge/ Experience
  • Strong organizatonal and multtasking skills.
  • Strong aVenton to detail and ability to lead multple sub-projects at once.
  • Team player; excellent communicaton and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in developing a roadmap of requirements.
  • Experience collaboratng across teams to keep alignment on digital transformaton efforts. and assure collaboraton and best practces.
  • Excellent organizatonal and multtasking skills.
Highly Qualified Applicants will have:
