CAPTRUST is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join its in-house digital marketing team to support the firm's social media, SEO, paid media, website development/optimization, and email marketing campaigns for a rapidly growing and collaborative organization. This position will manage and oversee all aspects of digital marketing campaigns to effectively promote the CAPTRUST brand and service offering across all lines of business and client types. Position duties include planning a digital campaign, delegating responsibilities to the marketing team, and measuring the performance analytics of a campaign.
This role will be a part of CAPTRUST's brand marketing team, that is responsible for supporting the firm's growth efforts and the needs of its retirement plan, endowment and foundation, and wealth management clients. The Digital Marketing Manager will run a team of specialists and work closely with all other members of the brand team.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, paid media, marketing database, email marketing, social media, and website development/optimization/management
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

- Manage all marketing events/campaigns and ensure alignment with business priorities, demand forecasts, editorial strategy, and internal stakeholders
- Use customer data such as web-behavior to drive the message and content personalization
- Devise email A/B tests, manage testing calendar, record results, and advise on improvements. Testing includes subject lines, message content, CTAs, customer cohorts, and segments, send time, and new features intended to drive performance lift
- Work in partnership with designers and copywriters to optimize marketing campaigns
- Work with digital marketing team to align goals and objectives surrounding SEO, SEM, social media, email, web traffic, etc
- Constantly look for new ways to improve overall programs through new technology, tools, trends, and best practices

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum eight years of B2B marketing communications experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience in business and technical writing, data analysis, market research, and project management
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- A finance background a plus
- A self-starter and with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
