Typically, these opportunities are direct hire positions but may occasionally be contract-to-hire scenarios.
Generally, individuals who would be considered for any of these positions would require the following backgrounds and skills.
What you need to be considered (requirements):
- At least 12 months of experience running social campaigns including paid media strategies,
- Experience with SEO and SEM tools such as Google Analytics and Pixel
- Use of WordPress or other platforms to build out landing pages for campaigns,
- Professional communication skills, including formal written and verbal communication, and
- Extreme attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively on teams and independently, and

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly analytical and hands-on Digital Marketer to join our group of elite marketers. This is a foundational role, meaning you'll be a key player in shaping and leading our digital channels. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Web Design, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in web content management: preferred Adobe Experience Manager

Excellent communication and project management skills (utilizing project management software and/or excel), with high proficiency in PowerPoint (or equivalent presentation tools).

Proficiency with CMS platforms and A/B testing

Strong understanding of SEO, web performance metrics, and responsive design.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript is a plus.
The anticipated pay range for this position is $74,600.00 - $119,500.00
annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
