Community Building:
Engage directly with Thermomix® Consultants, fostering excitement and providing tools/content to amplify their social presence.
Monitor, respond, and nurture conversations with our customer community across channels.
Identify opportunities to highlight user-generated content and consultant stories.
Growth & Performance:
Drive follower growth, community engagement, and conversion through organic content strategies.
Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs; optimize strategies based on performance insights.
Collaborate with paid media, PR, and influencer partners to ensure synergy across channels.
2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in consumer goods, lifestyle, or direct-to-consumer brands.
~ Strong creative eye with a portfolio of engaging social content (video, design, campaigns).
~ Excellent content curation, writing, communication and people skills.
~ Experience managing private social groups and fostering engaged communities.
~ Familiarity with social media management tools, data and analytics.
~ Willingness and ability to attend company events, engage with our consultants in person, and capture live content.
~ A genuine passion for the brand, its mission, customers, consultants, and product!
~ Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for community building .
