Purpose of the Role

Ensure optimal brand presence and performance across all digital channels in the USA, Mexico, and Europe. This includes Leonisas websites and third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Victorias Secret, Macys, etc.). The Digital Merchandiser is responsible for executing merchandising strategies, supporting logistics and digital content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey and drive sales. This role will also manage Shopify connections, support TikTok and organic social media efforts, and oversee sample shipments to media, influencers, creators, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Merchandising

  • Execute and maintain merchandising strategies for Leonisas websites (USA, MX, Europe).
  • Manage product activation, categorization, and digital display across all platforms.
  • Regularly update pricing, catalogs, and site banners aligned with marketing and sales strategies.
  • Optimize product presentation to improve conversion rates.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
