They are looking for a passionate Merchandiser with a knack for understanding consumer trends. Develop and manage seasonal product assortments for digital platforms, ensuring they align with consumer demand and overall business strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute assortment plans effectively.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform and create consumer-centric assortment plans.
Participate in buy reviews and in-season trading to optimize growth and influence key business decisions.
Lead 50% of the Women's Sportswear Footwear business, with a specific focus on the Classics and Solar categories.
Qualifications:
Requires Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
2-4 years' experience in footwear buying and/or merchandising, product creation and/or retail in a vertical, multi-brand or digital environment.
Strong affinity for current market trends for Her, Sport, and how apparel can continue to be a style leader in the marketplace.
Footwear, Apparel, Equipment or relevant consumer product buying and/or merchandising experience.
Understanding of common retail and/or digital profit-based metrics such as sell-through, turn, ASP, UPT and others.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Temp - Brand Ecommerce & Digital Merchandising Manager is responsible for supporting the global brand.com business. Working closely with leadership and the cross-functional team to plan and execute strong plans to deliver sales and profitability targets. The temp- Manager's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: campaign planning and execution, business reporting and recapping, working cross-functionally to successfully execute campaigns, and supporting the testing and QA process to ensure we delivering a high-quality experience to our customers.

The ideal candidate loves the digital space, the beauty industry and has a strong appetite to learn. They should have a deep understanding of critical needs of ecommerce operations and the business, ensuring products and promotions can be successfully executed. They can work quickly while effectively managing executional details and has an aptitude to manage multiple projects. Collaboration and strong relationship-building skills are essential. This role reports directly into the Senior Director of Digital eCommerce working cross-functionally with key team members, along with relevant brand stakeholders, to manage the overall site experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports the management of global brand.com site(s) and the development of the daily site plan, to include the development & execution of promotions & campaigns and ensures all planning tools are kept up-to-date (i.e. annual calendar, campaign details, and Asana projects)
  • Partners with cross-functional team members to support the execution of the strategy and delivery of the net sales targets, business objectives and KPIs; to include creative, CRM, perf mktg, brand & marketing
  • Actively manages owned projects, categories, promotions, bundles, etc.
  • Supports the execution of necessary business shifts and pivots; to include development and execution of contingency plans
  • Manages the site experience, to include working closely with product, manage the tools & features onsite (i.e. Yotpo, Search Spring, Dynamic Yield), and working within the ecomm platform (Shopify) to support the execution of site content, merchandising, promotions & campaigns

We're looking for a Product Marketing Lead to direct the Product Marketing team and shape our overall go to market strategy in a competitive space. As the Head of Product Marketing, you'd be responsible for all aspects of bringing our cutting-edge products to market, from developing the critical messages and go-to-market strategy, to working with marketing and creative to develop assets, to working with the product team to get early user feedback. Additionally you will drive a team of marketers that will drive impactful multi-channel campaigns for our existing portfolio of products and initiatives

In the last 2 years we have launched ~20 new products a year - most recently our Form 4!

The Job

* Manage the product marketing team, including recruiting, retention, and mentoring, as well as guiding the overall team strategy.
* Manage the overall launch and campaign strategy, calendar, and approach for our Go to Market strategy across the Formlabs organization
* Experiment with new innovative approaches to both grow our awareness and improve our lead generation and performance for our product portfolio.
* Work closely with senior leadership across marketing, sales, product, and services, shaping our product strategy and how we bring our products to market across regions (US, EMEA, APAC) and industries.
* Guide the development of all assets customer facing and internal facing to make launches and campaigns successful. .
* Measure, analyze, and communicate the effectiveness of your activities. Your analysis and insight will help drive improvements to our processes and messages.

You

* Have 2+ years of experience leading product marketing, growth marketing, or other marketing function in a B2B technology company with 5+ direct reports
* Have successfully launched new B2B products, and new product lines.
* Love working with product, sales and marketing teams to create effective assets.
* Are detail-oriented with great project management experience and demonstrated ability to drive ambitious projects to completion in short time frames and with limited resources.
* Ability prioritize the work that is truly important - managing key stakeholders' and executives' expectations
* Have a proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally to complete projects.
* High level of initiative and strong business judgment; comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

About the Position:

Bluefish is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and full-stack Product Marketer to own and lead the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) lifecycle for our SaaS platform. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining and executing our GTM strategy-from market research and segmentation, positioning and messaging, to launch planning, demand generation, sales enablement, and post-launch performance analysis. As both a strategic storyteller and hands-on executor, you will serve as the connective tissue between product, sales, customer success, and the market. You'll conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform product positioning, craft go-to-market plans for new features and product launches, build and run integrated campaigns, and arm our revenue teams with the tools they need to win. You'll continuously measure performance, generate insights, and iterate to improve results-all while working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products and features, partnering closely with product, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates Bluefish in the AI marketing tech landscape and resonates with our target personas.
  • Build and maintain product marketing collateral , including pitch decks, one-pagers, website copy, blog content, case studies, and more.
  • Drive product launches end-to-end, including planning, internal enablement, external messaging, and campaign execution.
  • Enable the sales team with training, messaging, competitive insights, and tools that help them win.
  • Gather and analyze customer, competitor, and market insights , and translate them into actionable strategies to influence both product roadmap and marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with product management to shape product direction based on market and customer feedback.
  • Establish and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize for impact.

What you Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role, ideally within B2B SaaS startups.
  • Proven success in developing GTM strategies and executing high-impact product launches in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively across different channels and audiences.
