Lead Generation Associate, Digital Sales
Support Avanade's sales teams in closing new business efficiently and accurately through administrative functions, analytics, and reporting. Collaborate with upper management to resolve issues and achieve sales growth targets. This role sits within Avanade's Digital Demand Center (DDC), which is a centralized function within Avanade that's designed to accelerate the buyer journey from awareness to consideration to engagement. It integrates various digital marketing and sales activities to generate, nurture, and convert leads into clients.

Join our Sales Support team to develop and implement processes and tools that drive sales growth. You will handle generating, qualifying, and converting leads to opportunities within an assigned portfolio. You'll facilitate sales enablement, support account planning, and provide crucial pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting. You will work with marketing, clients, and our strategic partners (Microsoft, Sitecore, Databricks, and Adobe) to build a healthy sales pipeline.

What you will do:
Lead Generation and Qualification Responsibilities
- Build a healthy pipeline and source sales opportunities by creating drip campaigns and emailing prospective clients.
- Review and qualify leads from marketing or partners for further development.
- Engage buyers through relevant channels such as digital content, social media, events, campaigns, queries, email, and webinars with a view to moving them through the buyer journey into qualified leads.
Sales Conversion Responsibilities
- Pursue and convert leads to opportunities to build $2 million in pipeline opportunities per fiscal year.
- Find and set up relationships with new business prospects.
- Deliver industry insight, manage customer objections, and suitably position our sales plays to maximize sales.
Data Management and Analysis Responsibilities
- Research accounts and identify the key players and sales opportunities.
- Follow and analyze industry trends to identify selling opportunities.
- Develop prospect intelligence including company background research and other pertinent lead information.
- Enter, update, and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Maintain market knowledge including competitive products, pricing, and policies.
- Maintain data quality and confidentiality.
Collaboration Responsibilities
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in customer outreach efforts.
- Coordinate with associated sales manager to align selling efforts.
- Establish and maintain a working relationship with partners.
- Share qualified leads with the broader team.
- Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with suitable calls to action.
Skills and Experiences

- 0-2 years of inside sales or business development experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable thriving in a high-volume setting.
- Excellent at administrative tasks (follow-up emails, agendas, minutes, etc.)
- Ability to use a (CRM) and update details on calls and next steps.
- Good listener and note-taker.
- Enjoy researching companies, people, solutions, products, etc.
- Will need to complete 5 of the following technical certifications within 3 months after joining the team or have them completed prior to hire:

**Responsibilities**
+ The Digital Sales Specialist will support Media Sales Team on digital advertising sales calls.
+ Identify new business leads and generate digital sales opportunities to grow digital revenue while working and supporting media sales reps within the team being a local Digital product expert.
+ Consistently driving game-changing results, this individual knows how to identify, develop, and present customized solutions to clients using digital concepts.

**Qualifications**
+ 2+ years sales related experience preferred

+ Public speaking skills and ability to lead a room
