Identification of HVAC & BAS system optimization opportunities utilizing a combination of BAS systems, data analytics, fault detection diagnostics, energy metering and utility billing data.

Develop HVAC systems and solutions using a combination of Trane equipment and controls and other leading HVAC equipment and systems that include project scoping, concept development, engineering analysis, and system validation

Creates customer facing consultation presentations and clearly articulate technical opportunities in a way that non-technical customers understand the opportunity and potential impact to their building.

- Expert-level knowledge of DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD automation, secure coding, and IaC using Terraform.
- Real-world experience resolving critical outages and leading root cause analysis efforts.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (CloudWatch, IAM, OpenSearch), container orchestration (EKS), and security tools (e.g., Aqua, DLP).
- Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Java, PowerShell, etc.).

We seek a talented individual to join our marketing & digital services department.
The primary job function will be to set up integrated direct to digital marketing campaigns for clients from within our internal client-side marketing platform. This includes setting up and managing client campaigns, designing web banner ads and social media ads, setting up call and QR code tracking, helping to implement campaign tracking codes and more. You will not be required to manage ad campaign delivery strategy.
In addition, the candidate will at times work on general marketing department functions including webpage updates, web banner ad design, landing pages, web-to-print portal administration, internal marketing collateral, email marketing, social media, website blogs, and general marketing department tasks.
Preferred candidates will have a mix of marketing experience, graphic design, and some web design. Working knowledge of modern responsive front-end web design with coding skills using HTML5, CSS3, and WordPress will be extremely helpful. Must work well individually as well as within a creative team in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, takes pride in their work, be quality-driven and pay close attention to detail and deadlines.
Critical Skills:
• The ability to manage multiple marketing projects in various stages of development and ensure critical campaign deadlines are achieved.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Graphic and web design skills including a general knowledge of Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is helpful.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and web design principles is helpful.
• Ability to edit WordPress sites helpful.
Reporting:
This position will report directly to the Marketing and Digital Services Manager.
General Requirements:
