**Basic Qualifications:**
+ US Citizen
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience .
+ Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting or IT services industries sales, preferably Federal market experience.
+ Minimum 8 years of experience negotiating, shaping, and closing large deals in the professional services space.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical presales, solutions architecture, or consulting role.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience leading customer discussions and managing stakeholder relationships.
+ Minimum 3 years of presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills experience.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Workplace Architect with deep expertise in one or more of the following:
+ Modern Service Desk
+ Conversational AI
+ ServiceNow
+ Workplace Automation
+ Modern Field Services
+ Minimum 3 years of experience with Modern Endpoint Engineering (SCCM, Intune), Unified Communication and Collaborations, M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Email, Endpoint security), Azure Virtual Desktop, RPA.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Architecture level understanding AI, AI Agents.
- Experience in deal structuring, pricing, and contracting.
- Ability to build and sell transformative workplace solutions
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and its impact on workplace environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
- Proven experience leading large, complex, strategic sales opportunities.
- Ability to engage and build relations with senior leadership at Fortune 500 organizations.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to oversee and inspire multiple teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Attributes include strategic thinking, teamwork, ability to influence, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a high level of professionalism and strong attention to detail
- Must have an Expanded breadth of business experience driving deal shaping & origination.
- Ability to interact with senior leadership at a client and/or within NTT DATA
- Excellent communication (oral & written)
