STARTING WAGES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Inspect merchandise to ensure only quality product is used to complete the order.
  • Meet production, quality, and accuracy levels as established by business unit. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment.
  • Select food and/or accessory products to fill customer orders completely and accurately.
  • Load and unload packages off the packing line and stack them on pallets. Utilize computer system and high-volume conveyor line to pack and prepare daily shipments using UPS, Fedex or other shipping software applications, including necessary paperwork, shipping labels and tracking information.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Work extended hours, as required by operational needs.
  • Flexibility to work in other areas and departments, as needed. Must be able to cross train in other departmental areas.
  • Maintain a clean workplace to avoid tripping hazards or other accidents. Follow all food safety policies and procedures including performing daily, weekly and monthly cleaning assignments and related activities as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1 or more years related warehouse experience, preferred.
  • Voice picking (Vocollect)/RF scanner experience, preferred.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $180,000 to $200,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
