**Pay Range:** $160,370 - $196,182. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.

Responsibilities
**Position Summary**
The **Director of Corporate Finance** will lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for General & Administrative (G&A), Information Technology (IT), and Call Center functions. This role will also serve as the finance lead for synergy tracking, ensuring clear, accurate, and actionable reporting of value capture related to cost initiatives, transformation efforts, and integration activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for G&A, IT, and call center departments.
+ Serve as a strategic business partner to function leaders, providing financial insights and driving accountability for performance targets.
+ Manage and interpret complex financial data to support decision-making and cost optimization.
+ Own end-to-end synergy tracking including initial modeling, benefit validation, and reporting.
+ Partner with business owners to ensure timely, accurate realization of integration-related savings.
+ Present synergy updates to executive leadership and support post-merger integration reviews.
+ Develop and maintain management reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI's.
+ Provide variance analysis and commentary for month-end close and forecast updates.
+ Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data across systems and stakeholders.
+ Lead a team of supporting the covered functions.
+ Collaborate with Accounting, HR, IT, Operations, and Transformation teams to align on strategic goals and financial outcomes.

Qualifications
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
+ 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or business unit finance.
+ Strong understanding of G&A cost structures, IT finance, and call center operations.
+ Prior experience with synergy or productivity modeling and integration reporting.
+ Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
+ Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with financial systems.

**A little bit about our team:**
The Corporate Finance Department at WMG is responsible for overseeing all of the financial operations of the Company in partnership with the labels and individual companies within WMG. The department provides financial reporting, accounting, planning, budgeting and financial compliance and auditing for the Company.
**Your role:**
The Director of Corporate Finance is a strategic partner to the global technology organization (leadership is NY based) and is responsible for overseeing the development of annual budgets and forecast updates in partnership with technology leadership team, developing project budgets and tracking spend and analyzing variance to forecast and budget. This role will also be responsible for the cost benefit analysis of tech project investments and assist with acquiring approval and ensure successful delivery of projects on budget. This finance lead will actively handle costs by challenging spend requests and identify other opportunities to reduce spend.

+ Be a strategic finance partner to the global technology leadership team
+ Lead all aspects of in the preparation and review of Global Technology's annual operating budget and monthly forecast packages, providing analysis of variances v. budget, prior forecast and prior year;

2) Manage the payroll specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing in compliancewith federal, state, and local laws within a multi-state jurisdiction environment. Provide backup payroll processing support during staff absences as needed.


3) Oversee Accounting and Treasury Operations including defining and implementing Society policies related to the control, documentation, and accounting of cash receipts and disbursements. Assures adherence to generally accepted accounting principles, including responsibility for the completion of the annual independent financial audit.


4) Oversee the Procurement Manager to guide sourcing strategy and capabilities, supplier and vendor negotiations, and to ensure compliance with internal controls and alignment with cost-efficiency efforts.


5) Serve as the finance lead for the Society's Workday ERP program, supporting backend financial operations, business process improvements, and data/reporting needs. Leads initiatives to optimize and streamline processes within the finance ecosystem including, Financial Data Model, accounting, suppliers, customers, business assets, banking, expenses, and payroll.

**The Director, Corporate Finance JV Management will be a critical member of the finance team, responsible for all aspects of financial management, reporting, and compliance for the newly launched JV between WMG and Bain Capital. The JV seeks to acquire, own, and manage rights in recorded music and music publishing catalogs. This role requires a meticulous and strategic professional with a deep understanding of accounting, strong operational capabilities, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to internal and external stakeholders.**
**Here, you'll get to:**
+ **Oversee all daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management, in coordination with the finance and accounting shares service team. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions related to JV activities (e.g., capital calls, distributions, investment purchases/sales, expenses, etc.)**
+ **Prepare and review accurate and timely financial documents for the fund, including balance sheets, income statements, statements of cash flows, and statements of partners' capital, in accordance with relevant accounting standards**
+ **Manage the preparation and delivery of comprehensive investor reports, including quarterly/annual financial documents, capital account statements, performance reports, and ad-hoc requests**

Corporate Finance oversees company-wide financial planning, consolidation, reporting and systems. This role will support Scopelys senior executives as well as the broader Finance Business Partners (FBPs) across product and shared services. The position will gain invaluable experience with a broad visibility into Scopely s P&L and business operations by overseeing key financial and operational systems initiatives, and working cross functionally to facilitate growth of Scopely-wide planning processes in a dynamic environment.Reporting to the VP, Finance and partnering closely with Accounting, the ideal candidate for this role will possess strong knowledge of Corporate Finance concept and communication skills. This will be a highly visible role that will interact with the Company's leadership team and drive Scopely-wide projects including development of budget & forecast cycles, multi-years planning, full P&L management, creating annual operating plans, weekly reviews of financial performance, financial reporting, headcount planning and system implementation and automation.

What You Will Do

  • Consolidate Scopely-wide financial data including actuals, forecast and operational KPIs
  • Partner closely with Product and Shared services FBPs to gather and analyze financial results, including preparing standard reporting deliverables, analyzing trends & drivers, and explaining forecast vs. actual variances
  • Lead all financial tools and system related responsibilities, including implementation, automation, feature enhancements and maintenance
  • Drive design and implementation of forecast and annual operating planning cycles, including partnering with Corporate Strategy in long-range planning
  • Proactively Identify and drive financial processes and reporting improvement
  • Ensure financial data accuracy, integrity and consistency, create and maintain job aid documentation for the end users to ensure continuity
  • Develop and maintain a collaborative partnerships between Corporate Finance and cross-functional teams including Accounting, Strategic Finance, IT, HR, Tax, and Compensation

Purpose:
This is a financial leadership role within the Aesthetics US finance team accountable for the overall governance of both the Alle (Loyalty program) and APP (Allergan Partner Privileges) programs. Close to $1B budget to manage in allowances (APP, Alle, Brand Promotions. Will partner with several VPs (Digital and Multi-Channel Marketing, Sales Ops, Pricing, Marketing) who oversee the Alle and APP programs.
Responsibilities:
+ Understand financial impact of aesthetics market trends such as emergence of franchise models, online distributors, and accelerated consolidation via buying groups and dermatology roll ups. Partner with Pricing Strategy team and Sales Leadership to define strategies to align customers' business models to Allergan Aesthetics priorities while disincentivizing consolidation. Model risks and opportunities for various strategic options.
+ Collaborate with Pricing Leadership in formulating a contracting strategy that goes beyond volume discounting, improves sales margins, and builds a competitive moat as new entrants come to the market. Define what success looks like, identify clear performance metrics each account is measured against, and define what happens in case of contract under-performance. Partner with Legal and Compliance to formalize approach to ensure agreements are comprehensive, process is consistent and in line with terms offered for accounts with similar prospects
+ Establish effective business relationships within the organization and maintain knowledge of operating divisions. Identify and evaluate the organization's risk areas and provide key inputs on how those are to be addressed. Will be responsible for leading the Alle Governance strategy (design, lead and maintain)
+ Communicate and present results of audits and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations. Evaluate and determine adequacy of internal controls. Prepare findings and recommendations for identified internal control weaknesses.
+ Coordinate with corporate SOX team to eliminate duplicate efforts and improve independent auditor's reliance on management's test work.
+ Proactively communicate concerns to ensure sufficient time for action to be taken during the current quarter.
+ Assure adequate controls are designed, implemented, and monitored in the GTN space.
+ Staff Development - responsible for delegating to and coaching a staff of (11) employees to ensure an optimal level of support to the business and provide coaching and career development opportunities to sustain a high performing staff
+ Ensure department audits and investigations are completed according to Company's and departmental policies and procedure
+ Analyze customer performance to determine the awarding of program benefits and to inform the evolution of our overall pricing strategy
+ Collaborate with Pricing Leadership to assess trends in the aesthetics market and develop a forward-looking strategy for how trends should influence Allergan Aesthetics' pricing decisions
+ Lead Pricing Accounting routines inclusive but not limited to month-end closing, Annual Plan, Long Range Plan, quarterly rebates accruals, etc.
