**Position Summary**
The Director, External Relations - Conservative Organizations will lead Bristol Myers Squibb's engagement strategy with conservative think tanks and policy organizations to advance federal policy priorities and promote patient access to innovative medicines. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Alliances and Issue Advocacy, this role will proactively build and manage strategic relationships, shape the external policy environment, and drive advocacy efforts aligned with BMS's mission and business objectives.

The JMETC user support team is in need of a Sr Stakeholder Engagement Advisor with a background in Information Technology within DoD Test and Evaluation to assist the TRMC Digital Engineering, Big Data Knowledge Management and other JMETC projects with stakeholder and end user engagements across the Research Development Test and Evaluation community.
Responsibilities:
· Applicant will work across existing distributed teams to develop required roadmaps and related artifacts for leveraging TRMC capabilities across diverse user communities.
· Works with government to provide technical direction, acting as a liaison between the end users, application developers, and senior leadership within the DoD and across the Test and Training community.
· Applicant will be responsible for planning and coordinating technical support with the military, civil service and support contractor personnel for Test Resource Management Center Data Strategy.
· Applicant will monitor and support the pursuit of viable opportunities by supplying the resources and training necessary to assess, screen, and prioritize opportunities to optimize utilization of resources by assisting in defining requirements, developing specifications, developing and implementing timelines and milestones.
· Applicant is expected to Optimize results for customers as well as the company by establishing goals and objectives for operations and making operational decisions.
· The position requires supervisory experience and ability to work with military acquisition programs.
· This position is anticipated to require travel of 25% with possible surges beyond that amount to support end users located at various DoD Ranges and Labs across the United States. US Citizens only, Huntsville AL area.
· Active Top-Secret Clearance Required with ability to obtain SCI.
The JMETC program is focused on developing and deploying the processes, architecture, and BD/KM to facilitate cost effective integration of live, virtual, and constructive entities needed to support the DoD acquisition community testing needs utilizing a distributed testing approach. JMETC, TENA and CHEETAS will be integral to testing systems-of-systems applications within a realistic joint mission construct.
REQUIREMENTS
Masters degree in an Engineering / Technical field or Masters degree in a non-technical field with 20 years of Information Technology leadership experience within DoD.
Minimum of 20 years' experience to include the following:
