The JMETC user support team is in need of a Sr Stakeholder Engagement Advisor with a background in Information Technology within DoD Test and Evaluation to assist the TRMC Digital Engineering, Big Data Knowledge Management and other JMETC projects with stakeholder and end user engagements across the Research Development Test and Evaluation community.
Responsibilities:
· Applicant will work across existing distributed teams to develop required roadmaps and related artifacts for leveraging TRMC capabilities across diverse user communities.
· Works with government to provide technical direction, acting as a liaison between the end users, application developers, and senior leadership within the DoD and across the Test and Training community.
· Applicant will be responsible for planning and coordinating technical support with the military, civil service and support contractor personnel for Test Resource Management Center Data Strategy.
· Applicant will monitor and support the pursuit of viable opportunities by supplying the resources and training necessary to assess, screen, and prioritize opportunities to optimize utilization of resources by assisting in defining requirements, developing specifications, developing and implementing timelines and milestones.
· Applicant is expected to Optimize results for customers as well as the company by establishing goals and objectives for operations and making operational decisions.
· The position requires supervisory experience and ability to work with military acquisition programs.
· This position is anticipated to require travel of 25% with possible surges beyond that amount to support end users located at various DoD Ranges and Labs across the United States. US Citizens only, Huntsville AL area.
· Active Top-Secret Clearance Required with ability to obtain SCI.
The JMETC program is focused on developing and deploying the processes, architecture, and BD/KM to facilitate cost effective integration of live, virtual, and constructive entities needed to support the DoD acquisition community testing needs utilizing a distributed testing approach. JMETC, TENA and CHEETAS will be integral to testing systems-of-systems applications within a realistic joint mission construct.
REQUIREMENTS
Masters degree in an Engineering / Technical field or Masters degree in a non-technical field with 20 years of Information Technology leadership experience within DoD.
Minimum of 20 years' experience to include the following:

**Responsibilities**
The External Relations Technology Director serves as a business partner to leaders and staff within the Department of Development's External Relations vertical to accelerate digital transformation of philanthropic marketing and communication functions to achieve shared business strategies. Partners closely with centralized Department of Development Technology Services team to build a blueprint and multiyear roadmap for a best-in-class, integrated External Relations technology ecosystem that aligns with department-wide and enterprise technology initiatives. A bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of relevant professional experience in technology, consulting, marketing, communications or a related field is required. Master's degree in business, technology, marketing or related field is preferred. Experience designing integrated technology solutions in a large, complex organization. Hands-on design and delivery experience with one or more major technology solution (Adobe, Salesforce, AWS, Google, CMS's, digital asset platforms, etc.). Our mission is to implement an enterprise-wide model for the governance of data at MetLife to ensure consistency of usage and a high level of confidence in data-driven analytics and decision-making capabilities. We are looking for a MDGO Data Governance Stakeholder Engagement lead with a track record of supporting enterprise data management policies/procedures, tools and integration projects. To be successful in this role, the candidate would require a balance of product-centric technical expertise, and a deep knowledge of DG practices, which includes but not limited to metadata management, metamodeling, lineage documentation, data stewardship, and technical DQ processes.

Success in this role requires very clear communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy and interaction with senior business and IT partners around the world as well as peer program stakeholders, and technical staff. This role will collaborate closely with stakeholders across business lines, corporate functions, and partners in InfoSec, Risk, Privacy and more to ensure tight connections across our globally federated teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engagements with leaders across MetLife, serving as the face of the MetLife Data Governance Office, to ensure their success in implementing MetLife's Data Governance and Data Quality policies, standards and best practices.

• Coordinate in guiding program data governance implementation.

• Interact with business analysts and functional analysts offering expertise and guidance regarding requirements and implementation.

• Collaborate with the extended program team and provide expertise regarding proposals including high level data solutions, estimates and implementation plans.

• Provide support to program teams throughout the data lifecycle around data governance, ownership accountability, responsibility, data quality and data quality issue management

• Appetite to learn new technologies and be inclined to innovate.
