The Director of Talent Acquisition is focused on all facets of leading Corporate Recruitment for Somatus. This involves strategizing, planning, leading, sourcing, recruiting, and pipeline development to enable a diverse high-performance culture.
The Director of Talent Acquisition requires experience and proven performance delivering strategic and innovative Talent initiatives and process excellence. Strong understanding of all aspects of the business will be essential to be an execution driver on strategic solutions to attract, engage, develop, and retain employees while aligning them with the organization's culture, strategies, and vision.
Responsibilities
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally.
+ Attracting top talent and developing a strong, qualified, diverse candidate pool for current and future openings.
+ Partner with executive leadership developing sourcing strategies anticipating future needs of the business.
+ Engage, develop, and nurture candidate relationships facilitating their advancement through the recruitment process.
+ Document processes, identify areas for improvement, and compile market intelligence reports outlining top approaches to ensure success.
+ Prepare offer packages, providing equity & market competitiveness data research.
+ Mentor and develop recruiting teammates providing clear goals, targets, and feedback that will support success in their roles.
+ Collaborate across Talent Acquisition team providing best practices and participating in team projects to strengthen all aspects of the Recruiting function.
+ Serve as a Talent Acquisition expert and partner across the Human Resources function in all aspects of recruitment.

Qualifications
**Required Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ A minimum of 10 years' experience in a corporate recruitment role
+ A minimum of 5 years' experience supporting executive level searches and demonstrated partnerships with senior leadership
+ Management experience
+ High growth industry experience required; healthcare preferred

The salary range for this position is $147,000 to $256,300 annually. About the Role
As the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition- Executive Recruiting, you will have the unique opportunity to influence the future leadership landscape of Walmart. You will report directly to the Global Head of Executive Recruiting.
