Huntington Securities, Inc. (HSI) is seeking a Managing Director, HSI Trading to oversee the daily activities of all traders across asset classes while monitoring trader book hedges and aggregate inventory hedges along with communication of each overriding market perspective and will be responsible for maintaining best execution and compliance standards. Our new colleague will trade of institutional securities within Capital Markets, meeting the needs of the customers and generating trading profits for the company while maintaining communication and relationships with dealers to keep informed of market conditions and ensures timely execution of trades. Huntington's Senior Manager will advise sales officers regarding market conditions and trends, offerings and yields to support sales and ensure compliance objectives are met at both the company trading policy level and the outside governmental regulation level.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Executing all US Treasury transactions internally or with external clients.
+ Monitor and relaying current market conditions to sales team and management.
+ Establish online trading capabilities and straight through processing.
+ Work with Huntington's Treasury team to advise and execute trades.
+ Staying informed on regulatory changes that may impact the bond market.
+ Optimize risk management tools to maximize profitability.
+ Deepen dealer relationships to optimize execution.
+ Provide daily reporting and analytics on Book, MTM and thresholds.
+ Adhere to Huntington's Risk, Compliance and Regulatory requirements.
+ Ensures compliance objectives are met at both the company trading policy level and the outside governmental regulation level.
Basic Qualifications:
+ 7 or more years of experience in treasury trading role.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.

Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience trading and risk management of US Treasury securities as part of the Huntington's Fixed Income Trading team.
+ Previous management of manual and automated trading strategies.

Compensation Range:
$100,000 - $180,000 Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. Responsible for risk management and trading activities. Scope of activities and authority defined by trading limits. Strong knowledge of risk management, hedging and trading strategies as well as market characteristics.
+ Works independently and is responsible for risk management and trading activities with limited direction from more senior staff
