As a Crypto Product Director, you will be responsible for driving product growth and execution of our crypto-related products and services. Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Director, preferably in an internet company or established crypto company. Demonstrated success in driving product growth.
Crypto Knowledge: sufficient understanding of cryptocurrencies, centralized (Cefi) or decentralized finance (DeFi), and related concepts. Familiarity with major crypto exchanges, wallets, and crypto trading.
User-Centric Mindset: A passion for understanding user needs and delivering exceptional user experiences. Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and user-centric design principles.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, draw meaningful insights, and make data-driven product decisions. Proficiency in using analytics tools and conducting A/B testing.

The Equities business is seeking an Electronic Trading Product Manager at the Director level to build on and innovate Citi's electronic trading offering for key institutional clients, including Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, and Quant Funds. This role reports into the Equities Electronic Product team and requires a strong technical background as well as a proactive approach to product management. This role also supports development work across the Equities platform, including the Electronic Trading desk and Citi's internal Central Risk Book, High Touch desk, the Portfolio Trading team.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Support all aspects of product management for Citi Equity Electronic Trading Products.
+ Conduct product research and data analysis in support of the innovation, design and maintenance of equities execution algorithms, Smart Order Routers and related trading products.
+ Support the growth of Liquidity Hub Product - Citi's proprietary central risk framework, which facilitates trading for the broader institutional equity business.
+ Maintain strong policy, risk management, and governance compliance structure within the EE and central risk platform.
+ Develop and maintain new features within Citi's IOI platform - to efficiently deliver and optimize liquidity with core institutional clients
+ Support all aspects of the international create/redeem product and international CIBs- in coordination with the Central Risk and Program Trading desks
+ Continue to innovate within Cit's Electronic Execution platform- developing and tailoring algorithmic strategies to changing market structure dynamics and client demands
**Required Skills**
+ Subject matter expertise on Electronic Trading products - execution algorithms, Smart Routers, DMA.
+ Extensive relevant experience in electronic trading product management or a related field, with a deep understanding of platform architecture, technologies, and market microstructure across Futures and Cash Equities.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data, identify liquidity trends, and make data-driven decisions.
+ Proven track record of successfully managing complex global technology projects.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical internal partners.
+ Strong understanding of global regulatory and compliance requirements related to electronic trading and cash equities.
