Disney Theatrical Group currently seeks a Part Time Merchandise Sales Associate to join the team. The Merchandise Sales Associate engages Guests in magical experiences throughout the theatre by welcoming them into the environment, while providing communication on the merchandise available, emphasizing their qualities, and highlighting all relevant offers available to supplement their purchase. **Responsibilities:**
+ Welcome every Guest by following our service guidelines. Perform quick, accurate and effective transactions that enhance the Guest experience and observe all relevant Guest Service guidelines including offering add-ons and communicating offers.
+ Respond to Guests needs in an open, friendly, positive, proactive and timely manner in accordance with Guest Service Guidelines. Effectively manage queues and multiple Guests at kiosks and sales locations.
+ Maintain neat and organized operations both at kiosks and back of house so that product is clearly represented and available for replenishment, always ensuring accuracy.
+ Take a proactive role in maintaining Disney brand standards.
+ Achieve financial and productivity goals, including sales targets, promotion goals and group incentives, as agreed with the management team, through appropriate actions and use of Guest Service behaviors.
+ Maintain and participate in producing company visual standards to present an outstanding theatrical environment.
+ Assist with stock deliveries, lifting boxes, and replenishment to agreed standards.

**Additional Information:**
Candidates must be able to work at least 4 of the 7 shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Fridays are required.
Friday Delivery 1:00-5:00. Required (Biweekly and must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.)

Saturday Matinee 12:00-5:15
Saturday Evening 6:00-11:15
Sunday Matinee 11:00am-4:15pm
Sunday Evening 4:45pm-10pm
Part-Time positions are available between 10 - 25 hours per week, with the option to be scheduled for more when and if required. Shifts are typically between 4-6 hours and there will be double shifts when there are matinees and evening performances on the same day.
Shifts call times vary depending on the performance schedule but typically start 2 hours prior to the start of the performance and end _approximately_ 1 hour after the performance ends. All staff need to be available for evenings and weekends.

The Performing Arts Specialist works collaboratively with Division personnel, supervisors, specialists, and administrators to provide support in the organization, implementation and coordination of the Performing Arts Program in Loudoun County Public Schools. Performing Arts encompasses the Music and Theatre Programs in LCPS. The Performing Arts Specialist will provide leadership in performing arts curriculum planning, development, revision and evaluation for K-12 programs.
Roles and Responsibilities
The following information is intended to describe the overall nature and scope of the work being performed in relation to the position. This is not a comprehensive listing of all responsibilities or tasks; other work may be assigned when deemed appropriate:
- Provides guidance and leadership on matters specifically related to performing arts instruction for central office administrative personnel, teachers, parents, community members and other key stakeholders
- Consults and works with the Supervisor of Visual and Performing Arts and the Director for Teaching and Learning, K-12 to coordinate and supervise curriculum development in the performing arts discipline to ensure alignment to division and department strategic priorities; review, revise, and advise on facility specifications, renovations and construction; review, revise, and advise on the equipment specifications and purchases; plan for and facilitate safety trainings for theatre and other performance spaces in schools
- Designs professional development opportunities that enhance the role of teachers as leaders in the performing arts; collaborate with other department members to plan and implement professional learning in the areas of Music and/or Theatre
- Coordinates special division wide programs and co-curricular/extra-curricular activities related to the performing arts
- Works with the Supervisor of Visual and Performing Arts to identify needed program supports, develop and administer annual operating and school-based programs centrally managed budgets; maintains a budget to support curriculum development and professional growth for teachers and administrators; serves on committees as requested by the Supervisor of Visual and Performing Arts Carries out related assignments, as determined by the Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning and Director of Teaching and Learning, K-12 to support professional learning in the design and delivery of authentic learning for students that lead to deeper learning

Working within Event Services, this position performs semi-skilled technical and clerical duties in support of the Production arm of Event Services. Helps in the planning and implementation of all technical aspects of Utah Tech University (UT) Event Services productions while also maintaining all production spaces. This position will work with the lighting, sound, media and rigging systems, coordinates materials budgets, performs maintenance and inventory on equipment, and helps maintain a safe working environment. Responsibilities- Facilitate the production process by actively participating in strategic meetings and ongoing coordination with Technical Coordinator and Venue Manager.
- Program, operate, and strike lighting, audio, projection and special effects equipment for all functions of the Event Services Production department.
- Oversee and be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of venue equipment.
- Interpret technical riders from professional companies, fulfilling pre-production requirements.
- Operate and maintain stage lighting equipment, audio equipment, video equipment, stage equipment, and communication systems.
- Operate and assist in the maintenance of fly rail systems, rigging systems, rigging motors, truss, rigging equipment, etc.
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on all production and venue equipment. Maintain a clean, orderly and professional venue and work environment.
- Oversee inventory of all production and venue equipment.

- Must have skill in programming or display the ability to learn various lighting consoles and software such as the ETC Eos family, GrandMA, Chamsys, and Strand lines of control consoles.
- Must be proficient in industry standard software; ability to learn with Qlab, ProTools, and WaveLab.
- Ability to operate and maintain lighting equipment, audio equipment, video equipment, computer equipment, and stage equipment.
- Good knowledge of electronics, computers and computer networks.
- Ability to read schemes, diagrams, and to interpret specifications and manufacturer's manuals.
- Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team environment, with an eye to safety.
- Good understanding of front and back of house management.

Whether you have years of dance and/or dance instructor experience or none at all, you could have a successful future with us! As a high energy, customer-focused instructor, you will conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week. Performing Arts Dance Instructor
Department: Recreation, Parks, Historic and Cultural Affairs
Pay Range: $25-$40 an hour depending on Experience
Job Status: (Part time 29 hours or less per week)
JOB SUMMARY
The instructor is responsible for providing year-round technical instruction in any or all of the following dance styles: ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop and modern/contemporary We are looking for instructors who can teach a variety of ages (from 1 year through adult) with abilities ranging from beginner to advanced abilities; choreograph routines for class demonstrations, recital, and special events; exercise exceptional customer service skills to effectively communicate with staff, participants and parents; & provide backstage help with recital and other performance events.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Dance: Prepare curriculum for class and follow structured format while also being flexible. Choreograph routines for class demonstrations and recitals. Knowledge in teaching basic through advanced level progressions of dance and movement education. Teach Dance Company classes based on level of experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
A performing arts degree is highly preferred; however, a minimum requirement is a high school diploma or greater education. Prior relevant experience is highly preferred. Must be energetic, responsible, dependable, and have the ability to multi-task.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: High degree of human relations skills. Ability to effectively communicate and manage information to peers, participants, staff and volunteers. Ability to motivate, coach, and lead participants in the field of dance and/or drama.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The work is sedentary to light which requires the ability to exert light physical effort, but which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (5-50 pounds). Tasks may involve extended periods of time sitting or standing at a digital keyboard. Some tasks require the ability to communicate orally with students and parents.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is regularly performed without exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
