**Summary**
The Dispatch Operations Lead/Customer Service Operations Lead is responsible for assisting the management staff with leading and supporting the clerical staff. They will assist management by supporting and overseeing office and warehouse functions as it relates to: billing, dispatching, client request and relationships, and customer escalations.
**Essential Functions**
+ Achieve customer metrics to ensure performance goals are successfully met, decrease incident rates, comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc.
+ Monitor calls and be prepared to de-escalate calls.
+ Oversee all paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files
+ Maintain a current procedure book for the customer service jobs and functions
+ Act as a liaison between operations and the customer, in administration of accounts and between the office and customer regarding credit charges
+ Coordinate special customer requests with the transportation and operations departments, expediting orders as necessary
+ Compile statistical information from manifest data and prepares related reports.
+ Help lead the execution of daily dispatch to include the planning, delivery, monitoring of assigned loads, drivers, and equipment in tandem with the customer's requirements for production plans, routes and schedules
+ Maintain a good working relationship with customer(s) by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning shipments, inventory count requests, etc., in a courteous and efficient manner

Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Operations Center Dispatcher **.** The Security Operations Center Dispatcher has high visibility and is directly accountable for the effective and efficient flow of information from the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Control Rooms to the Corporate Security Management. The SOC is a 24/7 operation which provides the Security Operations Team with a comprehensive monitoring approach to provide broad visibility of activity across the enterprise, leverages intelligence from several systems and technology databases that provide advanced correlation, and analysis capabilities to deliver a prioritized list of actionable security incidents to the Security Operations Team.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Alarm monitoring
+ CCTV monitoring
+ Camera Survey
+ Answering phones; operate IP based telephone system
+ Radio Dispatch; use multi-channel communications
+ Radio and call logging
+ Incident Report issuance and collection
+ Operations support; routing of call information to the appropriate units for handling
+ Ensure timely and effective response to incidents, alarms, notifications, calls, and other activities related to the Security Operations Center and its role as a central alarm monitoring station
+ Receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls from employees, outside vendors, law enforcement, and the security field force via telephone, automated alarm monitoring and radio systems
+ Process and evaluate information received from all available sources, and respond with the appropriate communication and dispatch procedures
+ Coordinate with Security Operations Center staff to provide necessary documentation in support of uniformed guard force activity (e.g., Officer Dispatch, Incident Reporting, etc.)
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
+ Work experience must include of the following:
+ Demonstrated analytic and critical thinking skills and ability to prepare reports
+ Ability to prioritize workload based on urgency
+ Demonstrated high level of competency with advanced computer systems (e.g., hardware, software, and networks)
+ Ability to communicate effectively with IT and Security Systems professionals
+ Demonstrated ability to operate radio, telephone equipment and/or console monitors
+ Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment while possibly working under pressure

Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Perform analytical work for Fleet Services, particularly in the areas of cost analysis and rate management.
  2. Develop, track and report on various equipment metrics including usage and utilization.
  3. Maintain data integrity of financial data in ERP & other supporting software.
  4. Assist in the annual CAPEX budgeting and planning process.
  5. Provide financial control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing project specific data and trends.
  6. Lead internal financial audits by understanding organization objectives, structure, policies, processes, and internal controls to identify risk areas.
  7. Analyze financial statements, identifying key risks and opportunities to ensure delivery of financial commitments, and explaining variances to plans.
  8. Perform other ad hoc analysis and special projects.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelors Degree in a related field required.
  2. Minimum 2 years of Finance, Accounting, or Business Analysis/Planning experience.

  4. Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to learn from observations and to influence decision making.
  5. A background in fleet management is a bonus but not required.
