About the Role:
Adecco is currently hiring for a Dispenser Processor position in Somerset, NJ. In this role, you'll be an essential member of a high-volume, light manufacturing team - contributing to safe and efficient production in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively as part of a manufacturing team to meet daily production goals.
- Perform duties in compliance with company safety and quality standards, including GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Follow all factory guidelines including dress code and equipment handling procedures.
- Complete onboarding promptly - 7:00 AM arrival required on Day 1.
- Prior exposure to a manufacturing environment preferred; experience in the food or beverage industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of GMPs highly desirable.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Must have steel-toed shoes/boots, high-visibility clothing, and slip-resistant footwear.

Job Description
Provides routine service (preventative maintenance) and "on call rotation" on all beverage equipment with other technicians.
This includes all coffee brewing equipment, juice machines , coco machines and iced tea brewers under our USF lease program.
Team up with sales when possible for onsite "site survey" visit to confirm power, water, height, width, and dept.
This will help qualify equipment will fit and work safely in space desired. Manage record keeping on maintenance/service or equipment installed in SOUS.
Essential duties and responsibilities
+ Install new and replacement beverage equipment for new and existing customers.
+ Provide routine repair, cleaning, and sanitation of beverage equipment to assigned customers.
+ Help maintain adequate inventory on parts and equipment. Work with beverage team to manage a healthy inventory that will be ordered by Beverage Manager.
+ Responsible of maintaining a clean and safe company vehicle. Complying to all USF safety standards and upkeep on vehicle maintenance.
+ Explaining lease and requirements on any and all equipment placed in customers. Explaining required products and minimums when applicable.

+ Internal work closely with Bev team, sales.
+ External work closely vendors and customers.
Work environment
+ Onsite and remote. This associate is expected to manage a workload based on shop work such as refurbing equipment, inventory and keeping a clean and safe work environment.
+ Visiting local customers for routine maintenance, service calls or placement of equipment.
+ Assist in presenting beverage products when applicable.
Minimum qualifications
+ 2 years of experience installing and servicing commercial beverage equipment
+ Working knowledge of electricity
+ Working knowledge of plumbing
+ Demonstrated mechanical skills.
+ Ability to operate effectively/efficiently in a fast-paced, unsupervised environment
+ Ability to operate warehouse equipment (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker, etc.)
+ Must have good driving record

+ High School Diploma or GED

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.
The expected base rate for this role is between $24.50 -$0.64.
As applicable, this role will also receive overtime compensation

**About the Role:**
Adecco is currently hiring for a **Dispenser Processor** position in Somerset, NJ. In this role, you'll be an essential member of a high-volume, light manufacturing team - contributing to safe and efficient production in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Work collaboratively as part of a manufacturing team to meet daily production goals.
+ Perform duties in compliance with company safety and quality standards, including GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
+ Follow all factory guidelines including dress code and equipment handling procedures.
+ Complete onboarding promptly - 7:00 AM arrival required on Day 1.
**Qualifications:**
+ Prior exposure to a manufacturing environment preferred; experience in the **food or beverage industry** is a plus.
+ Knowledge of **GMPs** highly desirable.
+ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
+ **Forklift certification** is a plus.
+ Must have steel-toed shoes/boots, high-visibility clothing, and slip-resistant footwear.
+ Adherence to factory dress code (no pockets, pins, etc.).
