Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Display Engineer to join the customer support team at one of our clients in Spring, Texas. This role is pivotal in managing complex escalations, supporting software and hardware diagnostics, and collaborating across various teams to deliver high-quality display solutions. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving in both pre-sale and post-sale environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Escalation Management: Lead or support 3rd-level (3LS)/Sales escalations involving display hardware, firmware, and integration issues. Collaborate with quality, ODM, and customer support teams to resolve issues.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as a technical liaison in special-case customer interactions, ensuring alignment across internal teams before direct communication. Provide expert input on feasibility and workaround strategies for customer-specific needs.
- Software Support: Assist in testing, and deployment of solutions, including remote solutions via Intune/SCCM. Support manageability tools like HP Display Manager and HP Connect.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with quality, and engineering teams to help with escalation processes, and issue ownerships.
- Field Support Coordination: Evaluate and recommend on-site engineering support for critical customer visits. Coordinate with ATS (Advanced Technical Support), 3LS, and sales teams to ensure readiness and alignment.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of escalations, resolutions, and customer feedback through Sudden Impact. Contribute to internal knowledge bases and training materials.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in display technologies, firmware, and/or hardware support.
Strong understanding of display protocols (e.g., DisplayPort, HDMI, USB c, Thunderbolt), embedded systems, display compatibility, firmware update mechanisms, and understanding of modern workplace setup (ex. PC to dock to display)
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Position Overview:

The Affiliate & Display Manager is responsible for managing UNIQLO USA’s performance marketing across affiliate channels and programmatic display platforms.   • Ensure all campaigns follow compliance and brand guidelines, including data privacy regulations.


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience managing affiliate programs and/or programmatic display campaigns. Experience with Rakuten Linkshare, Partnerize, and/or Commission Junction is a plus
  • Experience working with affiliate networks, attribution tools, and DSP platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
  • Familiarity with affiliate partner types (e.g., content, loyalty, influencer, subnetwork) and associated strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities**
+ Drive complete development cycles of new Pixel display projects, from requirements and design through implementation and establishing test plans.
+ Architect and implement features such as new UI experiences, color management and HDR rendering, image enhancement methods, and more.
+ Develop the team's infrastructure by implementing new systems in areas such as telemetry, on-device diagnostics, and updatability.
+ Collaborate closely with Android platform teams on enabling new generations of Pixel: SurfaceFlinger, display and graphics HALs, WindowManager, etc.
+ Develop expertise in display technologies and SoCs, and productize them in future Pixel devices.

**Summary:**
At Meta Reality Labs, we are developing the future of Wearables and Mixed Reality (MR) products. As a Display Electrical Engineer, you will be a member of our Reality Labs AR display engineering organization, involved with display module electrical design along with validation and verification, be the point of contact and interface to the product development and other cross functional teams, in order to develop leading-edge technologies and designs, and work with the current and evolving ecosystem to drive innovations to our HW platforms. You will be part of a team working on AR wearable products.

1. Lead related activities in display module development, qualification, and support integration to the system from development phase to mass production
2. Design, simulate, prototype, and test electrical systems while working closely with FPGA, FW/SW, silicon design engineers, and customer teams
3. Perform testing, validation, verification, and debug for any display electrical related issues
4. Perform display bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting of components
5. Identify display related failures and provide solutions to mitigate the issue
6. Design of PCBs, rigid and flexible boards
