Key Responsibilities:

Your Role as Warehouse Distribution Associate
You’ll be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping products in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. You’ll use established tools, systems (including NetSuite and Excel), and procedures to manage warehouse operations and inventory accurately, while maintaining the highest standards in safety, productivity, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; unload and organize items into designated storage areas
- Accurately identify and report damages, discrepancies, or missing items to supervisors
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer and company specifications
- Generate shipping labels, prepare documentation, and ensure timely and accurate dispatch
- Assist with inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics, including Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts, proper labeling, and organized stock management
- Record all transactions and updates in NetSuite and Excel with high attention to detail
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment; conduct daily equipment checks
- Support internal and external inventory audits by maintaining precise documentation
- Follow all safety and quality protocols, contributing to a positive and productive workplace

Compensation Philosophy at Paragon Micro
For the Warehouse Distribution Associate, we are offering a salary range of $45,000 to $52,000 annually. This range reflects the diverse levels of expertise and experiences we seek in our candidates and is intended to provide a general framework—not a guarantee of placement within the range.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Receiving Processing:
- Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments, inspecting for damage, and organizing items into designated storage areas.
- Receives and processes all incoming products into the warehouse and processes using handheld scanners or PC based software.
- Compare identifying information, quality checks and measures items of incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, picking tickets, invoices, orders, or other records.
- Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with Manager to rectify damages or discrepancies.

Schedule: M-Thurs 7am - 4:30pm, Fri 7am-11am

We take pride in providing families with the highest quality vitamins, minerals, omega-3s, kids’ products and other nutritional supplements.
We are seeking a full time, permanent Distribution Associate to handle bottle coding for brand protection and pick individual customer orders, check them and pack them for shipping to customers as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Handle bottle coding for brand protection
· Pick and pack customer orders including product and literature (wholesale and retail) and fill out proper forms
· Check picked order
· Inform supervisor, warehouse or proper person when product or literature stock is low
· Keep supervisor advised of any irregularities concerning product, personnel, order procedures, etc.
· Comply with dress code and hygiene regulations
· Daily cleanup of work area
· Comply with directions and assignments issued by the Distribution Supervisor(s)
· Possess basic math skills of addition, subtraction multiplication and division
· Ability to work well in a team environment and accept direction from others
· Physically capable of standing for eight (8) hours a day
· Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs.
· Willing to wash hands and practice good hygiene as described in SOPs
