**Position Summary**
The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for the tasks associated with the management of inventory while maintaining the Pharmacy in a clean, orderly, and professional manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, B/O and Days' Supply monitoring and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor.
- Managing returned goods according to standard operating procedures while also monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
- Ensure pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies.
- Assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well organized manner.
- Provide Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies and ensure pack stations are stocked appropriately.
- Monitor and pull short dated or expired product from active inventory.
- Filing inventory and SOX documentation.
- Assists with other duties as assigned and/or any other tasks as assigned by Leadership.
This position could be physically demanding. Must be able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, walk and be physical for multiple hours of the day.
**Required Qualifications**
- 1 year professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with suppliers and interact with all departments within the company.
  • Assist with purchasing duties; Comparing a minimum of two or preferably more supplier sources to ensure that Sable Systems is getting the best price and that the items are readily available.
  • Routinely checks inventory for existing stock prior to purchasing more items.
  • Maintains NetSuite ERP® database by entering new and updated customer account information.
  • Reviews NetSuite® ERP System to determine material needs and timelines.
  • Creation of component numbers and/or bin locations in the NetSuite® ERP System.
  • Receives material entered into NetSuite® ERP as delivered from Suppliers directly, from Shippers, and/or picks up material.
  • Reviews the receiving documents for accuracy.
  • Records deliveries in the Receiving Logbook.
  • Picks parts from stock using RF Smart as well as Netsuite to fill Production Work Orders, Transfer orders, Sales Orders and Trac to fulfill Customer needs.
  • Performs physical count of inventory and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
  • Monitors and maintains current inventory levels internally; tracks orders and investigates any issues as they arise.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting required.
  • Hands-on inventory control and cycle counting.
  • Occasionally will work in outdoor weather conditions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite® ERP a plus.
  • Knowledge of the ISO-9001 Quality Management System standard a plus.

About the Job


We’re seeking a Supply Chain Manager to drive end-to-end supply chain performance — from new product launches and demand planning through delivery and returns. **Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Supply Chain Technician is responsible for receiving, keying, and promptly distributing all supplies within the facility, as well as reviewing and maintaining all Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock as well as all other stocking locations. The Supply Chain Technician is also responsible for conducting physical inventories of all POU areas according to the defined schedule.
**What qualifications you will need:**
+ Must be a high school graduate.
+ College level courses or related experience desired.
+ Minimum of two years' experience in inventory management/control, preferably in a hospital setting.
+ Prior experience with computerized inventory control systems preferred.
