The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for the control and communication around field/distributor inventory both physically and systematically, through monitoring, traceability, and reconciliations. This position supports all department goals, especially those that seek to optimize field inventory levels and protect company assets while elevating the satisfaction of the customer's experience.
**How You'll Create Impact**
- Uses Inventory systems such as SMS, ZSIS, DCS, Fed-ex programs to loan, receive, ship, issue and monitor inventory.
- Investigates inventory variances and disputed inventory and works cross-departmentally to identify root cause and recommend solutions; responsible for disposition and reporting including brand rationalization and product recalls.
- Facilitates the return/exchange of expiry dated/calibrated products between warehouse and field personnel, as required.
- Generates regular weekly/monthly reporting as well as all ad-hoc reporting; review and reconcile missing/late inventory reports on a daily basis.
- Supports all communication and administrative functions related to the termination of distributor inventory accounts.
- Assist with strategic inventory request and fulfillment
- Monitor and assist with asset placement and recovery through cross functional collaboration with sales and operations
- Coordinate and accurately log inventory outflow of loose inventory requests
- Conduct cycle counts in offices and accounts.

The Senior Inventory Control Analyst works to increase corporate profitability by developing and providing financial analysis, which assists in the understanding of SBU and corporate revenue cost elements, measures performance, and fortifies accountability. This entails resolving transactional issues and improving overall productivity throughout the Certified transaction process, proactively seeking process improvement opportunities through collaboration with Certified Business Management, and active partnership with contributors and leaders throughout the organization. Additionally, the Inventory Control Analyst will work closely with high-level management, develop ad-hoc reports to analyze business trends, and take an active role in the company profit improvement initiatives. Thorough knowledge of several systems, including SAP CRM, Sales Force, SAP ERP is expected.

- Expedite inbound materials; provide targeted receipt dates, and work with the business manager for resolution on any issues.
- Research and resolve material receipt discrepancies for return inventories
- Assist with pricing research and updates to price list
- Administer the collection of trade-in materials, both directly and/or through external partners. Schedule logistics -install/shipments to ensure proper pickup and delivery.
- Liaison to scrap partner vendor for all relevant transactions.
- Publish and distribute monthly inventory report to sales organizations and sales management including Demo, Trending, Certified and 3PL performance
- Maintain and distribute analytical insight, via reporting, for inbound and received inventory, as well as inventory availability, for both ZEISS and third parties, on weekly and monthly basis.
- Create Dashboards through Power BI and Tableau reports
- Track, manage and communicate progress on assigned projects as
requested by the Certified Business Management. - Monitor inventory levels and aging to identify potential E & O.
- Create quarterly summary reports and trend analysis to solve complex business issues.
- Contribute to solving complex business issues through data analysis.
- Design, publish, and continually identify opportunities and improvements with existing processes and procedures.
- Ongoing identification of shrink reduction opportunities
- Provide top analysis on inventory consumption, variance, and reconciliations
Do you qualify?
- Minimum of 5 -7-year experience working with Inventory Data Analysis and Supply chain environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance is preferred. Statistics background/education is a plus.
- Familiar with medical device pricing structure and resale.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations. Global Logistics knowledge a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical/problem solving skills
- APICS affiliation a plus
- Experience in Medical Device industry is a plus.

**What you'll do:**
The SCM within Eaton's growing Aerospace Interconnect division is responsible for managing key Supply Chain related functions such as materials planning, scheduling and ordering activities associated with the delivery of specific customer products, direct and indirect material purchasing, inventory control and warehousing, shipping and receiving. Manages and directs supply chain personnel in the procurement, receipt, disbursement, and inventory control of material to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders while maintaining assigned inventory levels. - Ownership of the Production Plan from S&OP monthly process derived from the sales forecast
- Establish with team standard work and Attainment of SCM KPIs
- Work with corporate commodity teams on supplier performance and cost out programs
- Serve as member of the plant's senior management team and provides leadership and support for all local, division and corporate initiatives and objectives
- Analyze data, including enterprise requirements planning information and prepares consolidated managerial reports as needed to facilitate and recommend actions to ensure plant/product line optimal Supply Chain execution
- Ensure correct planning parameters and transaction disciplines are utilized in order execution systems (SAP) to ensure proper order generation and inventory balances
- Manage material cost and schedule impact of proposed engineering changes in addition to taking necessary action to ensure successful implementation and incorporation of approved engineering releases
- Meet or exceed key metrics of days on hand, gross inventory, plant and supplier on-time delivery, days payable outstanding, cost savings, cycle count accuracy, supplier invoice on-hold metrics, and profit plan/budget forecasts. Manages inventory levels in order to meet established inventory & Day-on-Hand targets
- Ensure the accuracy of physical inventory to assure the timely fulfillment of customer orders while maintaining inventory levels that are beneficial to the overall operation of the company
- Foster an environment that promotes Eaton's vision, encourages continuous improvement while aligning with supply chain functional requirements (i.e. Materials Management Assessment)
- Support SCM strategic initiatives and helps to lead related functional SCM/OpA assessments
- Support SCM organizational capabilities and bench strength through functional excellence, training and coaching
