Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Raw Material Coordinator to support our Louisville manufacturing operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate raw material inventory, supporting forklift operations, and ensuring smooth production processes-especially during weekend shifts.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Purchase Order Management: Accurately receive and process raw material POs in SAP to support inventory tracking.
+ Forklift Support: Provide backup coverage for forklift operations, ensuring continuous material flow to production lines.
+ Weekend Coverage: Independently manage inventory control responsibilities on weekends.
+ Raw Material Area Maintenance: Keep storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
+ Inbound Load Tracking: Monitor scheduled deliveries and coordinate timely unloading and processing.
+ Inventory Counts: Conduct periodic counts to ensure inventory accuracy and support production planning.
+ General Support: Perform additional tasks as needed to meet business and operational goals.

**Job Summary**
Reporting to the Inventory Control Manager, responsible for maintaining inventory record accuracy and integrity. Continuously reviews all inventory functions for operational efficiency. Provides direct supervision to Inventory Control Specialists and/or Inventory Control Coordinators. Responsible for providing direction to 2 shifts, including an hourly team leader.
**Job Functions**
1. Create and maintain efficient and accurate inventory management
procedures, consistent with company policy and procedure. Safeguard
inventory assets to facilitate shortage detection.
2. Initiate and maintain an efficient cycle count strategy. Make system
adjustments as required and analyze results of counts to initiate permanent
corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of all audits, counts, and
adjustments. Confirm completion of cycle count activity daily.
Communication of results monthly to client base.
3. Establish, maintain, and execute slotting programs through the use of
available tools, (e.g. Blue Yonder).
4. Determine disposition of damaged and/or expired product, including any
possible recoup.
5. Provide timely and accurate responses to Customer and Departmental
inquires.
6. Ensure that customer returned products are dispositioned properly.
Evaluate necessary steps to adjust final balance on-hand adjustments.
Take appropriate action on product that is not in salable condition.
7. Ensure review and correction of weekly sync report to determine error
causes. Initiates corrective action.
8. Support product recall/vendor return process through physical identification
and segregation of product.
9. Coordinate all physical inventory warehouse preparation and cutoff activities
as detailed in P/I Instruction Document. Responsible for control desk
management, running of valuation reports, reconciliation of final count
variances, and all other reconciliation activities detailed in P/I Instruction
Document.
10. Establish, maintain, and execute the empty bin verification program.
11. Ensure accurate perpetual inventory adjustments are performed to
match physical inventory movement, when required.
12. Monitors and directs the work of others, provide performance
feedback, coaching, and counseling.
**Qualifications**
General knowledge of a variety of basic topics, such as math, reading, basic
accounting, typing, etc. Equal to a high school diploma. College Degree in
Business or related discipline desirable.
**Experience**
At least 2 years of Supervisory experience in a distribution
center strongly preferred.
**Skills**
Requires a demonstrated knowledge of inventory management
procedures and general warehousing terminology and practices.
Ability to demonstrate end-user level skills in WMS systems, Excel,
personal computers, and related application is required. Strong
Interpersonal communication skills and analytical ability are important.
Must be highly organized.
**Equipment**

Manage orders for third party distribution partners within the U.S. & Canada. Primary liaison between distributors, supply chain integration, Linkage group, production sites (BF owned, contract bottlers and contract manufacturing partners), foreign supplier, outside warehouses, shipping, logistic/transportation personnel, freight forwarders, IT, BF Sales and Marketing, Finance, Legal, Tax and Credit to analyze and develop a contingency plan for any order, production and or shipping issues.
What You Can Expect:
- Responsible for accurate, complete, and timely management of orders for assigned markets by managing the entire life cycle from order to cash.
- Support BF Supply Chain Initiatives and department metrics (Perfect Order, Full Load, Out of Stock, etc.) and offer improvements on orders where gaps exist.
- Key liaison with internal and external partners, field sales, production sites, co-packers, logistics, pricing, common processes, route to consumer group, external manufacturing, contract manufacturing, quality assurance, and shipping/warehousing personnel to manage and assess cost-reducing delays and impacts to market.
- Develop communication on critical information related to product and shipments with a focus on meeting partner needs timely and accurately; ultimately supporting the supply chain business strategy.
- Manage the introduction of new products (new SKUs/changes in configuration, innovation projects) and/or package or proof changes with partners in assigned markets focused on a seamless order experience.
- Manage electronic data interchange (EDI) of distributor purchase orders ensuring error-free data transfer into BF SAP System. This includes timely set-up of data tables, providing accurate information to distributors for their table set-ups to keep work-flow errors to a minimum.
- Perform all shipment verification activities for designated warehouse locations (drop delivery, PGI, special billing, etc.).
- Manage the research and resolution of order discrepancies with warehouse or production personnel via SAP QM Module. This includes root cause analysis of discrepancies received, working closely with internal partners to troubleshoot the issue, and developing and implementing a corrective action plan.
- Work with internal brand teams on allocated products, manage SAP upload process using Allocation Tracking program and SAP R3. Manage all changes, analyze production yields versus allocated quantities, and then manage redistribution of allocations for all internal partners to ensure orders stay within established guidelines.
- Responsible for managing distributor profiles including regulatory requirements, SAP distributor master data, carrier routings, product specifications, special instructions (to execute the order), distributor guides, etc.
- Analyze SAP, Track and Trace, and a variety of other reports to solve problems related to the current status of open orders, addressing delays, timely, urgent or special requests that are needed to support the order to cash process.
- Analyze order patterns of assigned markets for process improvements (order smoothing, maximum load shipments, full layers/pallets, review distributor inventory for rush order requests, etc.).
- Execute processes to meet performance expectations and the demands of the markets assigned.
- Manage special assignments as required, such as ad hoc reporting.
What You Bring to the Table:
- College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Bachelor Degree with general business or supply chain related experience; or minimum of 2-4 years of combined education and experience.

**What You Can Expect:**
+ Responsible for accurate, complete, and timely management of orders for assigned markets by managing the entire life cycle from order to cash.
+ Support BF Supply Chain Initiatives and department metrics (Perfect Order, Full Load, Out of Stock, etc.) and offer improvements on orders where gaps exist.
+ Key liaison with internal and external partners, field sales, production sites, co-packers, logistics, pricing, common processes, route to consumer group, external manufacturing, contract manufacturing, quality assurance, and shipping/warehousing personnel to manage and assess cost-reducing delays and impacts to market.
+ Develop communication on critical information related to product and shipments with a focus on meeting partner needs timely and accurately; ultimately supporting the supply chain business strategy.
+ Manage the introduction of new products (new SKUs/changes in configuration, innovation projects) and/or package or proof changes with partners in assigned markets focused on a seamless order experience.
+ Manage electronic data interchange (EDI) of distributor purchase orders ensuring error-free data transfer into BF SAP System. This includes timely set-up of data tables, providing accurate information to distributors for their table set-ups to keep work-flow errors to a minimum.
+ Perform all shipment verification activities for designated warehouse locations (drop delivery, PGI, special billing, etc.).
+ Manage the research and resolution of order discrepancies with warehouse or production personnel via SAP QM Module. This includes root cause analysis of discrepancies received, working closely with internal partners to troubleshoot the issue, and developing and implementing a corrective action plan.
+ Work with internal brand teams on allocated products, manage SAP upload process using Allocation Tracking program and SAP R3. Manage all changes, analyze production yields versus allocated quantities, and then manage redistribution of allocations for all internal partners to ensure orders stay within established guidelines.
+ Responsible for managing distributor profiles including regulatory requirements, SAP distributor master data, carrier routings, product specifications, special instructions (to execute the order), distributor guides, etc.
+ Analyze SAP, Track and Trace, and a variety of other reports to solve problems related to the current status of open orders, addressing delays, timely, urgent or special requests that are needed to support the order to cash process.
+ Analyze order patterns of assigned markets for process improvements (order smoothing, maximum load shipments, full layers/pallets, review distributor inventory for rush order requests, etc.).
+ Execute processes to meet performance expectations and the demands of the markets assigned.
+ Manage special assignments as required, such as ad hoc reporting.
**What You Bring to the Table:**
+ College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Bachelor Degree with general business or supply chain related experience; or minimum of 2-4 years of combined education and experience.
